Very nice place. Here in karinna hotel.

Large, well-located hotel with a nice personal reception view very competent
we liked me my sister and nephews especially for the snow skiing and buffet very varied during all meals
a remake.

Absolutely lovely surroundings.
We went in full-on snowfall in the chalet no 13, which was the very last one n quite deep in the forest.
Magical experience.
Hot water, well heated rooms, towels etc. Decked with a tiny kitchenette, utensils for cooking n eating in.
However, you must take food with you.
Theres a mini grocery store with v v baisc necessities on the premises run by some kind elderly folks. We had kids, went without reservation, didnt want to return without staying a night. These guys cooked /grilled "sujouk", "lamb chops" n kofta for my hungry family.
we also got great snow boots from them for my kiddos.
An adventurous and unforgettable experience.

Run down hotel, needs urgent refurbishment, not motivated employees except porters and vale service. Below average food.

It was a below average experience overall. Pros: — right next to the slopes -ski store and school in the hotel with helpful staff Cons: -food wasn't that great and it's an all-inclusive hotel — I wanted to buy dental floss from the shop downstairs and he tried to sell it for me for 45 Turkish Liras! 30 for a redbull! — the staff wasn't helpful overall -no sound insulation in the rooms — no map or directions for slopes and passes I wouldn't recommend it. General advice for Uludag: Always shop at the gandola station they have reasonable prices over there.

Very dirty hotel useless staff no one the can speak clear english and I checked out. And no staff at the reception I have to look for them. All winter sport no safety. Food horrible.

Beware of the ski rental at the base of this hotel. The "ski centres" are not shown on a map but are part of the complex. Have been mugged there by the owners. The scheme goes — during the ski boots choosing they give you one broken shoe after another, after some time they start to yell and demand 200 tl, because "you are the one who broke it all". They threaten to call the police, when you ask them to do so, they start to get violent and call their friends. 5 man closed me in a shop, threatened me and assaulted me until I gave them what I had in my wallet. All in the middle of the day at the base of expensive 5 star hotel.
