For the price you get much better hotels of cleanliness as well as friendliness at the reception very rude. Internet is turned on and off as it suits them and then it means disturbance in the whole area which is not true. But you have to say that the massage is super here at the hotel. At the reception the staff are very rude no Hello no smile as well as the suitcase carrier one feels very uncomfortable it is far from the city also due to congestion.

Extensive spa offer. Great Ambience. Cheap Restaurant and friendly staff. I can't complain. However, I would have liked more water in the Minibar, but as a guest, you also have the choice between tea and coffee.

Do not expect German 4 stars, but very friendly staff as well as a solid room. Happy again!

The hotel was very well equipped, staff what was absolutely friendly and accommodating. The spa — area was also super equipped and such there the staff was very professional. Unfortunately, the location to get to the city is not so optimal. It took a very long time.

The hotel is very good but the breakfast is not very varied. Curious to see the operate of the head for hair implants!

The hotel makes a very nice impression. Whether the restaurant or the rooms can be viewed. The decoration in the restaurant is very fitting and accentuates the pleasant atmosphere.

When we got there we were told that spa deals like Sauna & Hamam were free. We even asked extra if Hammam was free.
When checking out, however, the surprise came in the form of 70 tsp:)

Yes it is worth 5 starts services and comfortable the staff very friendly and very helpful this hotel the rooms was very clean and very comfortable with lovely breakfast.

Was at convenient location for me as I was working nearby. Right next to a mall. Cleam hotel, nice rooms and they gave me a free ugrade.

Hotel is nice with great location next shopping mall Akbati and nice cafes. Our junior suite is very good nice and clean like the picture. Beautiful balcony, breakfast was ok, I was hoping for more options of food & bread in breakfast. Bathroom is nice but I wish it was little bigger. I ordered from all day menu chicken pesto and ravioli, ut was very good :) What I didn't like: No adapter for our electronics. No tissue paper in the room. You have to call and ask for it. I asked for mini bar alcohol to be removed but it was there. House keeping didn't vacuum floor and didn't change bed sheet after one night. Improved a bit in next 3 nights. Some towels need to be replaced and removed for good: A/C fan sound little louder than usual.

Good hotel with good price… But has two negative points: 1 — Not very clean. 2 — Away from most attractions in Istanbul. Akbati mall is just cross the small street away. Many restaurants options inside the mall, and near the mall as well.

I had to stay there to be close to certain area in order not to stick to traffic. But it is a 2 star hotel by max. Although it is rated 4 star. The only good thing is the location in front of Akbati mall. The corridors smell good and cooking. Only if you have a small budget go there.

Great hotel, friendly crew, and good service, good price and clean and comfortable. They have nice swimming pool one indoor and the other outdoor. There is a gym and a SPA. And they food was delicious too. More over, the hotel is very close to a nearby park, which is good for walking and eating with family or friends. And there is also a shopping mall.

Third time staying at the hotel. Great! Clean rooms, good Breakfast, pool and gym, although they had attended when I was forces. If by car-we have rented a Fiesta last time was very convenient. The staff puts the car to the underground Parking garage and gives a voucher machine picture and number when you need a car-coupons, rosasen and the car is already in front of it. Near a large shopping center right across the street. It and Migros and plenty of shopping. Near shopping Mall lots of places to eat. If your transport is recommended!
