Very nice rooms with all comfort I needed. The room was facing the main street but it was silent still inside. The people here are very friendly and caring. The breakfast buffet is awesome with everything you need to start a day. I can recommend this place.

The beds were very comfortable, and well laid out. The modern theme and the steampunk lighting made them feel that extra bit special. The breakfast was excellent, with the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten! Eating area is light and relaxed, and a decent choice of cereals, fruits, hot or cold breakfast options… but more importantly executed well. Underground garage is great, as it was only 5 mins to get out of Fair centre.

Its too expensive, have no view bad location in my opinion.

A combination of Hospitality and Humbleness with Professionalism, that was the key of entire staff during my family stay at this hotel during 28th July — 5th August 2017. Whether it was at reception or the cleaning staff all have manners… A great experience with quality service including fitness centre to swimming pool. Thanks to Mr. Mustafa, Managers and other staff at Reception!

Excellent hotel, great staff, fantastic restaurant, perfect room and beds. All this for an excellent value for money. I am really impressed. 20-07-2017: stayed in the same hotel again. Reception staff and bell boy were courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and large as usual. Breakfast buffet is very nice and the hot food section (eggs, waffles, soup) is also very nice. I am changing my rating to a low rating because the staff in the breakfast buffet were like robots with no social skills. They were not courteous and not friendly at all. Also, the buffet was removed promptly at 10:00 am without any warning or telling us that it is last call. Usually in most hotels they will inform you that the buffet will be removed in ten minutes so you can make your last trip and get what else you want. 21-7-2017 the breakfast staff were perfect today. They were friendly and even played with little babies (see my pictures). They had a new hot item on the buffet today, cheese melt wrap. It was heavenly (see my pictures). They had sculptures made of real butter, chocolate and bread. (See my pictures). This is a really excellent hotel all around. Price wise they are very competitive. Location wise the are on the highway. Furnishing and amenities are new and very nice. Most of the staff are friendly. Their indoor pool is very nice and can be used in all seasons. They have a nice concept.

We were fleeced by this hotel — they charged us TRY 894 for the night on 13 May 2017 on our advance booking. During our stay, they were selling the same room at TRY 193. We complained to all and sundry including Hilton International but to no avail — they kept siting their policies. Hopeless!

It was overall a good experience, friendly staff and beautiful, clean rooms.
