Bed is comfy. Front desk has great customer service. The bartender Ahmed was awesome!

I want to Report a robbery from the hotel safe box in hotel Green Park Merter Istanbul on Aug. 30th 2018. I was on a trip to Istanbul at the time to attend my cousin's wedding and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. I put my money in room's safe box and left, and after about 6 hours when I came back and tried to open the safe box but unfortunately it didn't open. I called the reception and asked for help, then when their technician came, he opened the safe box immediately without any hesitate by entering anther password (1234) so simple. After the safe box was opened I noticed that one 100 dollar note was missing, so I called the reception to report the robbery. At first they didn't accept that anyone might entered the room. However consequently by checking the hotel's security cameras, it was obvious that the three persons of the hotel staff did entered my room during my absence. At the end, despite the facts that it was 3 staff did enter my room, and the odd number of the safe box, they denied the robbery and refuse to answer to the accusation. To sum up, I wanted to give a warning to the future hotel's guests to be careful about the hotel rooms safety and the safe boxes, and most shameful for the hotel management that didn't take any responsibility about such important matters.

The hotel is nonsense, the rooms are of medium lousy, the renovations are required. Prices are frantic, no service, fed well for such payment could and better.

The hotel is old. But the location is good. Breakfast has many choices.

Very bad hotel. The employees are impolite and agrressive in contacting people.

Everything bad except the health center. Room service is very bad, they don't clean well. The reception staff are not kind with guests.

Good hotel in the price-quality category. Stayed here twice before. Ideal for people travelling for business purposes. Clean and complaints. The only big problem is the low level of noise isolation, twice was in this hotel and twice there were problems with noisy neighbours. All in all not so bad!

Very classy hotel with lots of well finished rooms. Safe is not provided. Sometimes, if you are an overnight guest, the communication between the hotel and the airport is poor, which can cause problems such as late shuttle bus arrival, order to empty room before necessary, and so on. Good place but some of the workers aren't so friendly. They may take a lot of time with people at the desk, even if there is a line.

In a typical Turkish style. There is a gift inside the rooms, a refrigerator current for this separate payment. Free tea, coffee for two, water in the room.

Very comfortable, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Although I do not know English or Turkish languages, the staff tried to help comfortably spend time in the hotel! For that they are very grateful!

The standard room is old fashioned. No bath robes, no room service at night as I got there very late and was hungry. Breakfast was very basic. The receptionist, a guy was nice. He offerred to help alot but the service wasn't great. I am so sorry.

Hotel booked by Turkish Airlines as part of a long-term transit. Far from the center of interest and any trade or means of transport, the rooms are dilapidated, poorly insulated while there is a railway next to it… The condition of the showers is unsatisfactory. The bedding is good.

The hotel fulfils its purpose.

Fly on cleaning, broken window, smells of smoke, but the noise of the planes is deafening.

Very good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff, no problem with English. Clean and good enough to spend a night between flights. Even swimming pools were available.

This hotel was old, but had best berakfast The hotel had a nice little courtyard. The room was not beautiful, but was big. Location only for busines was good, but was not best. My room was not very cleaned and bathroom was very old and unpleasant. Wi-fi was good. The hotel's air conditioninig system did not work. The reservation was rude and unprofessional.

Creepy Hotel. In the room everywhere there were crushed insects! Dirty. Behind the curtain a bottle of past guests. Breakfast was very good.

I'm giving this hotels "two stars"because the staff can be a bit short and rude. Maybe they can't understand English. Other then that, the hotel is okay inside. Guys you need to use your room key to keep the nights on. Meaning the way you use your key to get in, u have to use your key to get the nights on. Crazy but cool.

Hotel needs a facelift. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 20 years ago.

Nice. Reasonable price. Location not lux but near to Airport. Car parking available.

Pretty poor customer service, barely anyone from the staff could speak English, we paid for a stay one month in advance and still couldn't check in straight after coming to the hotel. I'm still waiting for releasing the security from my credit card which staff couldn't manage to handle during our 3-day stay there. Not even to mention that simple iron was available for guests only after 5 pm, yet offering ironing service at any time for 70 lira per item. Ridiculous policy, having in mind its aim to call itself a 5* hotel.

I got the hotel through Turkish Airlines when my flight got cancelled. I stayed in the merter branch of the hotel. Rooms are excellent, room service is good. The resturant is also great. A nice place to stay in.

Not the best hotel i've stayed. The dinner food was ok, the bad is ok, sleep is not the best, noise around, music from. The restaurant a d from outside. The furniture, bathroom is old, stains on the walls. Location is crowded by parked cars, nog easy to access. It doesn't deserve 5* as it has at the entrance, even 3* is much enough.

I would recommend this hotel only for single night stay, and in case there will be more nice prices, because for the present prices this place is quiet cheap looking. Room was with dirty air traces, bathroom was damaged and dirty. And the biggest kick for me was the old soap lying in the bath. However, towels and bedsheets were clean. Internet speed was enough to use Viber.

This place is a joke, I found screws and metal nails on the carpet… that is really ridiculous… no bath pop up plug, no clean cups in the bathroom, you cannot open the window, AC doesnt exist (really old), buffet is poor, staff with bad manners except one helpful good receptionist the rest are lazy. I would give 3 stars hotel instead of 5.

Even thought it could have gotten worse, it was pretty disgusting around the whole place. The area looks kinda dangerous and about to get torn down… not what we expected from istanbul. Never ever again.

Miesester Service I've ever experienced. Us Arrived a good hour, no Taxi ordered… As I really am freaked out, you have it in mind and have a Taxi called. The flight we would have almost missed. The hotel is also in a ghetto and far from the civilized world of istanbul. Never ever again!

The location was perfect for us.
