The terrace is broken. The wood tiles are loose and I could have broken my ankle because my feet got stuck in one of it's holes. Several tiles were like that. When we told the reception guy he didn't want to fix it immediately but the next day, obviously we insisted and he ended up doing it. When we told him that we could have got hurt, he dismissed us with a 'we don't know that' and left, not even an apology. He missed to fix some tiles so we still had to be extra careful. The staff doesn't care and are rude. The lift door doesn't close while functioning so be careful especially with kids Some curtlery were dirty and the room could use a hand of paint.
