Good business hotel. Pwrsonal speaks englush well. I actually enjoied my visit there.

Hotel clean, new, well located. Some romms smells smoke even if supposed to be non smoking rooms. Breakfast is average. Turkish bath is great.

Very good hotel with nice, clean and refined rooms (Z-B — shower). Helpful always attentive, friendly staff and a delicious changing breakfast buffet for all tastes. All this very close to the metro and in quiet surroundings with good local nearby as well as one time (Capitol). There are smokers and non-smoking rooms;) that you should pay attention to.

It was pleasure for me and my girlfriend to be at this hotel. Great location, near to metrostation and bus stop. Breakfast was amazing, the staff was excellent. I recommend this hotel.

I was very dissatisfied with the Reception. The Staff were very unkind, incompetent and aggressive. We have not been satisfied with this Service. I Can't recommend it. Because Of Trifles, we'd be shouted at. Absolutely fatal. Here, the Customer is not a King.

It's noble, Mercure … Here belong to the group like ibis … But not everything that shines is shiny. Do you look at photos!

Came here for a procedure, staff at the hotel very friendly, large spacious rooms, very clean, great breakfast available every morning.

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was included and it was very varied and delicious. There are many restaurants and shopping options near the hotel.

Very comfortable hotel, modern and clean (even though the sheets and pillows had holes in them). Great breakfast. I had two major issues with the hotel: 1. Every time I called room service it was busy. I had to run down and place my order EVERY time. Kind of defeats the purpose of calling it "room service" 2. The staff could be a little friendlier, especially in the reception area. One person working there never cracked a smile and made me feel unwelcome, didn't even thank me when I paid, he just accepted payment and turned around. Customer service is definitely lacking, so for those reasons I would not return to this hotel.

Dirty Hotel wouldn´t stay there again, Pillow cover is ripped (didn´t get changed since at least 5 days). The Mugs for coffee don´t get proper cleaned or they got a bunch of cups where it is everytime at the same spot chipped. Air con is not working. The Breakfast is cold at 6.30 (it opens at 6:30) they serve Instant coffee for breakfast (if you are used to beans stay away) Unfriendly hotel personal. Some of the hotel guys knocked me out of the bed just to tell me that he at the wrong room. Should have stayed at the holiday bin across the street.

I like the place but not pay for the breakfast.

Extremely friendly and attentive personnel. Delicious food in their restaurant. You get inspiration for city trips and a number to call in case you need help while on your city discovery. Had a very promising and positive impression. Any time again.
