Our family of 4 stayed at Park Hyatt Istanbul-Macka Palas for a total of 5 days This is the most superb and excellent hotel we have experienced! It’s a 5 star hotel all in a package! The service is superb! We felt very safe in this hotel. The staff were friendly, concierge was very helpful directing and answering our questions, and they have the cleanest and most comfortable bed! Not to mention the great and delicious breakfast experience we had! Highly recommended when you’re in Istanbul!

I’m sorry to say I’m a bit disappointed for the room 618 — looking over the apartment at the other side of the small street exactly window to window, can’t find cotton bud, no full length mirror, don’t have proper restaurant in the hotel, lobby, bar, pool, spa and gym a bit like desert… EXCEPT THE PERFECT LOCATION & GOOD SERVICE!

Good service & very clean rooms. The staff are nice. The building though is starting to age a little bit and some of the amenities specially around the swimming pool area need to be renovated. But in general it’s a very good hotel. We had the suite with private Turkish Hammam inside the room which was absolutely amazing.

This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in! After having problems at the Grand Hyatt that were not resolved my family and I stayed at the Park Hyatt for a few nights and I am so happy we did. The room was well designed and the bathroom was a work of art! The staff was great and I hope to stay here in the future again.

Very nice hotel, so luxurious and classy yet cosy. Beautiful and very clean rooms with a street view. The personal and staff are amazing. The area is so chic. I enjoyed staying at this hotel it felt like home to me. I highly recommend it.

Small hotel but nice. I liked my suite and the hotel’s location the most. What I disliked is the variety of food offered in restaurant and in-room dining.

One of the best hotels in IST, and the service is just amazing, everyone talks to you by your name and one of the best service experiences I have ever had at any of the Hyatt’s in the world. Breakfast can be improved!

The hotel is located in the chic district of Istanbul… (Nishanshi). Where there are many branded shops and bars. Near the Metro Osmomomi… Loved the service! Friendly and helpful staff. The girl at the reception helped to print the ticket. Cleanliness of the room and cleanliness of the linen (it is white). Soft and comfortable beds. Coffee machine in the room… Good quality shampoos and gels… But the view from the Windows is not much.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was big and the stuff were friendly which makes the hotel our favourite hotel.

Love the hotel. It has a great location in the midst of nisantisi with great restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms are well proportioned and in good condition, but I wish the bathrooms had better ventilation. I would come back for a visit.

Great Location, very attentive service which really comes the heart. I was not well, the staff contacted a Doctor then organized a taxi to collect my medication. I felt superbly looked after. We also hosted pur A&K clients event at the Hotel and here again — excellent!

Modern comfortable hotel but not to Park Hyatt standards. Size and quality of rooms are hit and miss particularly suites.

In general I will not take the time to write reviews, but this hotel, in addition to recognition of his merits, I had nothing else to say. You walk into the hotel beautiful lobby, you know that you came here was to enjoy. Inside the hotel there is a bar or a lounge, full of guests there to prepare the complimentary fruit, biscuits. Our room was very spacious, enough for three of us to live, there is a big bed, there is a baby bed. Bathroom was great! There is a separate area …

A wonderful place to stay and escape. Try the spa room!

My wife and I spent a week in Istanbul (3rd week of August). Our stay at the Park Hyatt Istanbul was just fabulous. From start to finish, PH looked after everything we needed. Being a diamond member, we were upgrade to a Park King Spa even though my upgrade certificate was only get us a Park King Suite. The King Spa is worth it — which was great — large, spacious, clean, and included a Turkish Hamam! Breakfast was included and the services was great! Looking forward to our next visit to the PH. Can't say enough about the staff — they always seemed to be one step ahead of us in anticipating what we wanted/needed.

Amazing with one single comment, you hear the street noise in the room sometimes, other than that, I had a fabulous experience with them.

Very friendly and attentive staff as expected. Value ok but this is a highish end hotel.

We stayed here on our way to Kanya for two day. We had our two kids with us, they made our stay very comfortable. The best part about their commitment to customer service is this. We left our passports at the poll (crazy us) but the concierge had called our cab to pick us up so she remembered the number and called us while we were close to airport to get our flight. She sent a cab behind us to deliver our passports. Its one of the best experience we had in customer service. If it was NYC I would have to come back to pick up my passport.
