Not a bad location. But everything else about was horrible. I went there a year ago, and there was no room sevice, no minibar or water at least, and don’t get me started on the breakfast. My mom came to eat her bread and she found watermelon juice on it, she didn’t have any watermelons. That’s when we figured that they put the leftovers on people plates back to the breakfast table. My dad had a fight there, instead of the owner calming him down and apologizing, he shouted back! Rude much?! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you want something cheap and 4 star, more like no star. The rooms were okay, but she shower in my parents room didn’t work, and when it did it had cold water and so they had to shower in our room.

A big disappointment. We had paid more to have a Jacuzzi room, but the tub, which was also quite small, had no plug! So you couldn't use the jacuzzi. We ordered a stopper and they brought us one from another place that didn't fit and kept letting the water seep in. We called back and did a botched using a shower cap so the water wouldn't leak. At last, despite the fudge and the size of the tub we could use the Jacuzzi, but… The next morning there was no hot water. Despite not having been able to use the hotel refused to return the extra amount we had paid to have jacuzzi.
In addition to the incident with the Jacuzzi, as other people say, there is a water heater but not a miserable tea bag. The hotel is very noisy and you can listen to people from the other rooms as if they were in your room.
And breakfast is poor, unappetizing and certainly not tasty. I had never eaten so little in a hotel buffet.
In short, it is a hotel that if it cost much less could be passable, but at the price they offer the rooms is a scam.

سلام این هتل برخلاف اطلاعات و عکسهای سایت اصلا در حد یک هتل 5 ستاره که هیج در حد هتل سه ستاره هم نیست. اسفند 96 در آن اقامت داشتیم و توصیه میکنم بدلایل ذیل از انتخاب آن خودداری فرمائید یا با اطلاع از این موارد تصمیم بگیرید: امکانات 1 — دارای تلویزیون، یخچال، کتری برقی، تهویه مطبوع و اینترنت داخل اتاق است. مشکلات و موارد نامطلوب: 1 — محل هتل از نظر نزدیکی به مراکز خرید، ایستگاه اتوبوس و مترو، جاذبه های توریستی و … اصلا مناسب نیست. 2 — برای رفتن به ایستگاه اتوبوس و مترو باید یک کیلومتر سربالایی با شیب بسیار تند را حداقل طی بیست دقیقه پیاده بروید و در برگشت هم از کوچه پس کوچه های تو در تو و بد مسیر بتونید هتل را پیدا کنید. 3 — سر و صدای زیاد تردد اتومبیل ها بصورت شبانه روزی مانع خواب راحت شبانه می شود جون پنجره ها دو جداره نیست و بعنوان عایق صدا عمل نمی کند و شما حتی در طبقات فوقانی هتل نیز امکان خواب راحت نخواهید داشت. 4 — کمترین صدا نیز از اتاقها براحتی به اتاق مجاور منتقل می شود و … 5 — شیر آلات حمام و دستشویی و سیفون توالت اتاقها (گروه ما سه اتاق داشتیم) همگی فرسوده و چکه میکرد. 6 — اتاق ها فاقد آب معدنی، چای، قهوه، مسواک و خمیر دندان است و باید بیرون از هتل خریداری کنید (حتی آب را) 7 — تخت دونفره خیلی کوچکتر از معمول است و کمی بزرگتر از تخت یکنفره است. 8 — اتاقها خیلی کوچک هستند. 9 — مبلمان اتاق بسیار فرسوده است. 10 — نظافت اتاقها مطلوب نیست. 11 — استخر در طبقه زیر زمین به اندازه یک حوض کوچک است و هیچگونه دستگاه و تجهیزات ورزشی دیگری ندارند.

The average hotel is in a deep hollow. Somewhere to go — only cool up to climb. The pool is small with cold water — only after the sauna you can swim. Breakfasts are normal. Wai fai works well. You can live, but there is no special comfort.

Great hôtel, nice staff. Astoria Taxi stop just in front, very good to visit Istanbul, taxis are cheap. The hotel has a free Taxi service everyday to the Cevahir Mall from 10 to 11. Breakfasts are good. Lobby is comfortable, the outside terass also. Good restaurant just outside the hôtel.

I was very satisfied, very competent staff, extremely friendly, tole central location, beautiful rooms, highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, helpful, loving, hygiene standart 1A super great, can only really recommend everyone, will definitely book again.

Very very poor service and quality!

It was the most awful hotel I've ever been to. Breakfasts were really bad I had to buy breakfast from somewhere out side of the hotel the whole week plus we had to change our room because of how bad and noisy the room was. The second room wasn't any better and it smelled like sewerage. They told us this was a 5 star hotel and to be honest it wasn't even a 1 star hotel. In total I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very unpleasant stay! I rate it one star or no star hotel. The double size bed is actually a little bigger single size bed… The rooms are very small… the house keeping missed cleaning our room the first day and when we claimed about that when we came back from our city tour at 3:00 pm the rude reception replied that the staff went back home and finished their duty, sorry they forgot abt ur room. And he did nothing… the second day I left a note at reception not to forget cleaning my room, when I came back to the hotel that day actually the room was cleaned but the bathroom floor and the sink were dirty as I left them. The third day I left the room at 7 am and came back at 10 pm to find it untouched and as I left it… The breakfast was very very limited with options… The furniture is very old and used! Will never come back here and will make sure none of my relatives and friends do.

Good but far away from down town.

It was pretty new and clean with nice employees. The weird thing was that although it was a 4 stars (or thay said it is) to use the pool and sport facilities they charge you.

I just walked in the hotel to enquire about a near by facility, the reception was very very prompt and helpful, he made calls and tried to help me out find the place even thought I am not a guest!, amazing.
