Yes its good here and the staff are very helpful I recommend it.

Had a drink at the bar 1st night initially the bar women was going to charge it to my room then came back demanding for card or cash do they always do this with people from United Kingdom? makes you feel that way not impressed
And also dirty marks on carpet!

Great hotel, great service, the staff was very helpful and were eager to help, rooms are big and clean and very comfortable, the only down side on this hotel is that it is located right next to the main Street and you will keep hearing car sounds, sirens, honking, but the location is amazing, it is on the center of Sisli and easy to go wherever you want, logs of places next to the hotel from clothing to phone to money change to food.
The gym is good, had enough machines and dumbles to get you by, I didn't get to see the SPA though, I had a karate seminar there and had to sacrifice the SPA in order to tour around Istanbul a little.
Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast buffet left much to be desired… Menu was pretty much the same for the entire stay… I've stayed at this hotel in the past… Probably won't stay again.

The hotel is very clean, exactly what I would expect Holiday Inn to be. Very conveniently located not too far away from Metro (5minutes) and the Cevahir mall (hope I spelled it correctly). There are restaurants just right across the street which are open late, few 24 hours (Pehlivan in of them).

Absolutely loved our trip in December with my family. Particularly the Turkish bath. And more importantly the staff is very nice and friendly. Not only the general manager who was was very polite and friendly but also all other departments. The employees are a credit to this hotel :)

One of the worst hotel I never been at all the food is very bad and the staff especially in the restaurant was unprofessional and even you will have the sensation that you are in military base canteen and the parking is closed at 11 pm so if u want to take your car after 11 u can't Is not recommended at all.

Nice and spacious rooms at downtown. Breakfast is open buffet, rich assortmented but ordinary.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. We took 2 rooms one of them could have city view but instead of that it was terrible with no view for both. The mattress was uncomfortable because it was damaged. Every time we need to get in to the room we needed a new card from reception! The air condition makes bad noise all the time. In the last night we called the reception to ask about the late check out and the speaker was very rood with us! Finally, they took more amount of money from my credit card for third room for 3 nights and I e-mailed them to return my money back and they didn't respond to my e-mail! Who can help me for that …

Great hotel, the service was awesome and fast, very clean hotel and rooms are vast and neat. SPA is also great, with a swimming pool, Turkish bath and sauna. They only offer breakfast, other meals you can use room service with payment. The location of the hotel is great with so many restaurants and shops near it. It is on Sisli and easy to get whenever you want with taxies or buses.

We came to Istanbul to see friends and we decided to stay at Holiday Inn Sisli. The service was impecable, the rooms were always clean, and the overall experience was five-star. Whenever we needed anything our concierge, Dogukan, always helped us with anything we needed. He was very knowledgeable of the area and spoke perfect English. Even the breakfast that they offered downstairs was over the top quality. It consisted of a FULL Turkish breakfast. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

This is my second visit to Holiday Inn Sisli as a business user. As usual I thought to have a good time with Holiday Inn. But somehow the reception staff Mr. Hakan was unusually rude as if he was doing a favour to me by offering his service, giving me an upgrade to business floor and offering a free breakfast with my stay (all these are generally included if you are a IHG group Gold Member). To all my general questions he was sounding in a take it or leave it manner. I hope he was properly interviwed about International Customer Handling before being onboarded to IHG group of hotels as I never had this kind of aweful experience earlier with other hotels of this group. The stay till date was quite Ok. Rooms were neat and clean however the service was not quite consistent. For a few days I did not receive the sweet gensture of evening chocolate; however that hardly matters. But yes when it comes to Holiday Inn this should matter. Breakfast was having the same items repeated which I had months back. Would suggest to make some changes and bring in a few more variety of eggs, cooked vegetables, soups and chicken. One day by mistake I asked the reception desk for a doctors assistance as I was not feeling well. Ans as usual Mr. Hakan replied with plain and simple " I dont know! " Can you believe it?!

Slm. I liked this hotel very much. Especially the indoor pool is very nice. At the moment of şişli nice hotel.
