Very understanding and cater to every need. The Staff speak English and turkish and are very patient and get your requests quickly. The only thing is that the bathrooms are not good for anyone who is disabled. The hotel was amazing. People should note that this hotel is the alleyways and urban streets of istanbul and it on a very very steep street.

The location is very isolated from the rest of town. It's an obstacle to get to the hotel. Breakfast was tasty, Staff were very attentive and friendly. My only complaint was the AC in the room was barely working. It was blowing out warm air. I mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Other then that it was a decent hotel to stay in. For the amount I paid, I would stay in a better location.

I had a minor hospital procedure scheduled and initially selected this hotel because of its proximity to the hospital, not knowing what to expect. As it turned out, I was very pleased with my choice — — I was very impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, the quality of the rooms, and the wholesome breakfast. Hejide (? ) in particular, was excellent, as were all the staff. Although some of the single rooms may be a bit claustrophobic for some, the double room I soon moved to was excellent — — spacious, clean, airy — — with great amenities — — nice television, good internet, great bathroom. I was pleased and will stay there again.

Nice hotel. Very good staff. Good price. Enough fasilities. Very Good location. Clean. Near to taksim square (about 10 minuts walk) if you don't mind walking. I should say, it is one of the ideal choices in this area.

Very warm hotel, nice people, all the time nice looking, all the time neighborly, smiling! Rooms are clean and good looking. Breakfast nice as well! Tasty food and fresh! I like this hotel!

For a 3-star hotel, Vison has a lot to offer. A very welcoming receptionist named Ahmet greeted us warmly and friendly. This hotel serves free breakfast of good quality. The rooms are quite clean but a little cold and not 100 percent what you see in the pictures. There is a swimming pool but the water was cold and the spa expense was a bit high. The location of this hotel is great. Close to many shopping streets and malls. All in all, if you expect only a somehow clean and quiet and not over-priced hotel with easy access to shopping malls Vison could be a proper choice.

A great place! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. The shower; The best. There is heating, neverita and they put a jug to heat water with coffees and tea. When it comes to location, it's in a dark alley behind a high shopping area but there are live cameras at all times. The bad thing is that if you come from the center it is a major climb… the Osmanbey metro is 3 minutes away, with it you can easily reach the resort in about 10 minutes.

(Stayed there 10 days in july 2017) Great for what it is! During our stay we really appreciated the great, kind, and service-minded people working there. The breakfast was great, the hotel rooms were also p great. The hotel is a tad bit difficult to get to though, especially for cab drivers, but even if your sense of direction is about as mediocre as ours really was/is, you'll get used to finding your way there on foot by recognising the small shops around it! shout out to sportify.

I went here 4 — 5 years ago and it was amazing, the swimming pool, gym, food, room everything was amazing and unforgettable. I will definitely come again.

Location The service is top notch! Affordable prices, for excellent quality, the staff always responds to every request! Beautiful conference hall and great Café! The hotel is very nice and clean.

Loved this hotel because of many things, especially it`s excellent location – nice and quiet area very close to main tourist attractions, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice, well decorated, clean and big enough. Great breakfast – various and tasty food. Great value for money!

This hotel is perfect place clean and comfortable but the location is so terrible … the staff were so nice.

First day. Terrible smell coming out from toilet gutter. No sound proof walls. voices from other rooms can be heard at night. Breakfast not bad, but mess hall looked old. Location in middle of neighbourhood. I didn't like. I don't recommend it.
