Beautiful hotel. Awesome food! Customer service could have been better.

I love the location of this hotel as it is not far from main airport. Room and overall service are quite good and room rent is quite reasonable.

Good hotel! But old! Clean! Good for transfer, not for sleeping! Planes flying from airport very noisy!

Good place to sleep for the night. Free internet is actually good, and the TV's are alright. The lobby is beautiful. The only reason why I gave this place a four star is because of the staff. The staff here only say OK. It's a bit weird.

The room door dropped when I open the door. The room servise didnt come to fix after first phone call. While I waited for them to come I can only open the door for 1 hour! Second called they didnt pick up the phone. After another 30 mins the third time I called, the men said he didnt know what happen and ask my room number? After I explain I know he is thecsame guy I talked to. Then he said the man is busy so they didnt come but will come soon … I waited for another 30 mins still no one come. They never come till next morning. Before I check out I didnt see anyone deal with that.

Breakfast is not included in the cost of the nomepa and the cost per number of room rooms is the price of the room. Greed?!

The noise of the planes is present, but we understood this in advance.

Frankly for a 5 star I would put a 3 star TV no French channel no USB support No pool CI in works and not an employee Ki speaks French ever again.

Excellent friendly hotel. The staff are world class. Rooms very nice and no sound even though located near airport. Housekeeping are fantastic and the breakfast has all you could wish for and more. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel is located near the airport, the breakfasts are not much boring, the coffee is cold, the tables stood sour cream for a sweater.

I just visited about Turkishairlines to visitors. I liked this hotel. Restaurant and pool was so great.

For a 5 star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. In short: positive:-Breakfast buffet very complete and even with a person cooking tortillas on the spot.
-size of bed and room.
-Shuttle service from airport to hotel and hotel to airport every hour.
-despite being very far from the centre it is well connected by public transport. Taking any bus from Safakoy station to 5 minutes walk and transferring in CEVIZLIVAG with tram line 1 You can arrive in 50 min. All buses and trams pass very often.
Negative:-The shower pressure.
-The reception service is the slowest I've ever seen.
-The mess they take with the water in the restaurant. They are super outstanding to change your bread but you have to be begging to padding: the glass… — ineffectiveness and slowness to solve problems: they took the shower gels and did not replenish them. I called the front desk and they did not attend me, I had to get off and they said that in 10 min I would upload it. I had to go down a second time and the same. I finally gave up and went to breakfast without a shower and at the hour and peak I had to insist again. A disaster, an hour and a half to give me some bath gels. It's absurd.
Anyway, I wouldn't repeat.

Hotel in good condition but badly insulated from the noise of the airport. In addition to "tell us" that the pool was in construction… Thing that leads so always that we have gone… Cleanliness well but you can not rest on the premises as the constant noise of the planes prevents the rest…

Hotel near Atatürk Airport in Istanbul. Old and dirty.

Very Disappointing Service Hotel has become little bit old now. The chair cushions in my room was damaged. The TV which is old. Does not even have a HDMI port. Looks like it is from last decade. The A/C will not cool your room to the specified temperature. One among the front desk staff is very rude. The drinking water provided to rooms are very less. We have to buy water cans from outside (Or We have to call for room service and hear their rude response). The Lift buttons will not work sometimes. There are rooms which has the view of airport runway, which is nice. But they are noisy. The rooms which has view of inside atrium is very gloomy. Feels like we are locked in a jail. Wi-Fi Internet connection is very slow and in some areas there is no signal range.

Friendly and attentive staff. Quality facilities. Recommended.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are so-so, we took Redison just because we were before in this hotel chain in Astana, the hotel was gorgeous and here is just a normal hotel to sleep well, the only thing good for 5 degrees is breakfast.

Near the airport. The best: Breakfast. The worst: In early March only the heating works without the possibility of opening a window (depending on the room) so it is too hot. Otherwise: friendly staff, furniture and sanitary equipment somewhat outdated, not to mention the TV. For being a 5 star leaves a lot to be desired.

A good hotel to stay. Transportation is easy-to-use and a big market is a few minutes walk away from the hotel.

Close to airport. This is good and bad. It is too noisy. You may not be able to sleep easily. Taxi fee is low. Otel quality is mediocre.

Location is good. Convenient as it is very near to the Istanbul Ataturk international airport. There was only heater available in the rooms due to winter season. It use to get really hot. Wish they had both options heat/cold available at all the times.

Rooms are way hot. I had to turn the aircon off for the room to cool down. I arrived and it was like a sauna. Needs fixing. I also waited for free shuttle service for 1h20m, never saw it. I ended up getting the taxi. Would be great if you could bigger "Radisson" writing on it instead of small one. As it's next to the airport, expect takeoffs all night. You can also smell cigarette smoke outside in the corridors.

The hotel is close to the airport with the ensuing noise. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is very good.
It has enough services, like swimming pool, wellness etc. To highlight a longe bar where you can nibble something fast if you don't want to go out and of course the Wi-Fi has better coverage there.
It also has a lounge near reception with 8 computers and a printer for whatever you need. I would not recommend it for vacation as it is quite far from everything.

Great hotel, arrived under the Umba program in January 2018, from the company HajjCenter, three meals a day, double and three-seater rooms, comfort cosiness and benevolence. Service at the height, I recommend, ready to come more. The staff know Russian, which is very convenient. Wai-fai free, near the airport, to the airport 10 minutes to go.

Had to sleep somewhere for a couple hours overnight layover, great decision to choose Radisson Blu! We payed very slightly higher than the other ones nearby but not was totally worth it. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Got wake-up call and breakfast to go for free. Check-in Lady was super helpful and even fought with our taxi guy who was charging us double the fare. Super helpful and polite during check in. Highly recommend this place.

When you enter the hotel, you are greeted by an attentive Securitymitarbeiter. The checkin was impeccable and barely without waiting. The reception staff speak excellent English, are friendly and competent. The rooms smell pleasant and are comfortably furnished. The business room has a small HotBeverage assortment. The bathroom is the only thing I didn't like about this hotel: The Amarturen are a bit worn out and everything looks a bit unaccustomed — on top of that, there were still hairs and prints of the predecessor.
As the airport is in the immediate vicinity, you have to reckon with airport noise, which I personally did not feel annoying. The hotel offers a wide range of activities in — and outdoors.
Since my stay was very short, I can't notice anything about surroundings and breakfast, but maybe next time — I'll be happy to come back!

Outdated hotel. Nice service. Unfortunately room temperature 27 °c. Could only be reduced to 24 °c. Exactly in the flight path. Very noisy.

Too noisy! Airplanes take off directly above the hotel! Staff were great though, breakfast was one of the best!

It's too close to the airport and you hear every flight.

I didn't want to write comment here, but I didn't receive any response after my recall on official Radisson website. First of all — radisson staff try to be polite and work not bad, breakfast is nice. But room with "business class" table on the door was really bad (flush tank in toilet and crane were broken, traces from glaces on the table not washed off). Both treadmils in gym dangerous fof visitors because it moves and then stop suddenly on high speed. After I inform staff — they promised to call technician. During six month (our friends stayed in June last time) they can't fix up a swimming pool. Building seems really old and of course this is not 5* hotel as it mentioned on the notice plate near the entrance.

Good support base near Ataturk Airport… prices… cleanliness and very courteous and helpful staff.

I stayed at this hotel twice within a 4 week period. The carpet in my room-443-was filthy! Especially in front of the bathroom door. No wash cloths. They advertise that they have a free shuttle service to and from the airport that runs every hour on the hour but both times I had to pay $50 for cabs due to no shuttle being available Could never get the room temperature below 77 degrees F. Will not be staying here again!

Not bad… very clean, the breakfast buffet the best. The room was very comfortable.

I still feel im at the airport I could hear loudly every plane, TV is 14 or 15 inch, dirts aee everywhare in the hallway, I cant belive this is 5 stars hotel, frontdesk guy is super nice and thats the reason im giving 2 im stayimg here for the next 4 days : ( (

I really enjoyed my stay here. From check-in to check-out the staff were friendly without being in your face. Check-in was very quick and painless. MY room requests were all met promptly. The room, although plain, was clean and had everything you could need. It was nice to see free bottled supplied with extra available when you needed it. Extra request were completed with a can do attitude and expediently. I used the restaurant every night and the food was quick, hot and excellent, with free bread and dips provided. There was a taxi rank outside and prices were metered and the same as every other cab in town — a bonus compared to some hotel cabs. I am already planning another trip here soon and am looking forward to their hospitality.

Nice place to stay close to airport especially when you have to go in morning. Free shuttle service every hour. Little noise if take off is feom runway closer to the hotel in some rooms. Very helpful crew.

It's a raining… Today is the last day of the rest of Istanbul about 2weeks! I had relaxing times with this hotel. Turkey's trip around the hotel in the winter of last year and the previous year! Although, I never have been see any Asian (I'm a Korean) in this time… anyway, it will stay at this hotel when I visiting Turkey again! Even the English were clumsy housekeeper (=she) was remember the my room number when I stayed the last year. In addition, some housekeeper (=the other women) met on the road who deserved a delicious Turkish coffee to me, thanks! The 14-years-old manager of a sever F&B department were fantastic! Also, the 11-years-old manager of the front of desk's manager was good! If you pass a lack customer facing staff-services will be… because of their experience and career. However, the hotel should not think of location of the center of city! It is a airport-hotel! But, there is no problem in using any bar, club and shopping mall by hotel's shuttle bus! Also, the driver is so nice! Anyway~thanks, to my best friend is Turkish airlines pilot who have known a friend about all of the Turkey! Hope, the hotel grand and eternal like the Ottoman Empire in the past! Lovely, Istanbul of turkey! See ya.

A bit worn down, but still nice hotel near the airport. Turkish Airlines jses it as amtransit hotel and during problematic transfers.

Got a free night via Turkish Airlines thanks to a planned long stop. We initially got a room in the first section of the hotel (the portion overlooking the lobby) but it was dirty and smelled bad — — and the AC wasn't really good. Oh and had really loud street noise coming from the lousy window. Usually I'd say nothing, but my new wife insisted we change it and I'm glad I married her because after calmly telling them the issue (instead of screaming at them like a woman with another kind employee did) they gave us a room in a completely different side of the hotel in an "upgraded room" that's "quieter. " So it seems like there's two separate classes of rooms here — — one for Turkish Airlines and one for regular guests OR one for economy class and one for business class (we're flying economy). I asked the person helping me and he did mention there's a separate block of rooms, but who knows. Now that we're in the MUCH better room we're happy and will throw them 4 stars. Free breakfast (not sure if that's thanks to Turkish or not), comfy bed, nice bathroom. So do what we did and complain and get an upgraded room. (Oh and it was crazy busy too. Just be calm and approach them) As far as a 5-star hotel goes, I don't think it goes that high. 4-star level for sure. (The first room was 2 stars! ) But it doesn't have that extra oomph to make it 5.

The hotel is 5 star but the service not that good and the air condition is so bad.

5 star hotel but 3 star services. The most annoying part is people don't want to speak English or don't know. I barely made it for 1 night.

1. Nothing to have with 5*, maximum 3.5 2. Minimum of the personell who speaks english 3. The room is big, but dirty. TV 'vestel' is tiny, no fresh towels, no bathrobe, regreted to stay in that turkish getto with wife and baby 4. Restaurant is hell expensive and only some of the meals were really present, and only 1/3 of what we tasted was not from the supermarket, but prepared in the kitchen, however they took 70 minutes to bring the one meal. 5. I could not explain what is a PORRIDGE and that a baby needs it ! NEVER EVER, NEITHER WITH A FAMILY, NOR ALONE!
