Obnoxiously Unprofessional & Abhorrently Stuck Up General Manager & The HR Staff! The 2 of them would literally Strut around the breakfast area totally ignoring all the hotel guests! Nose up in the air, full of themselves and parading around whilst indulging in their own conversation. Sometimes their condescending glare towards other guests really irks me. Never have I once seen the GM or the HR staff greet any hotel guests at all. He & the obnoxious coughing (he coughs at me everytime he walks past me) HR guy just parade past us as if we are transparent, literally look past us like we are glass! I have stayed at the hotel for more than a week now and instead of engaging me in a conversation, they got their staffs to do all their dirty work including personal enquiries! Once the General Manager informed his staff Gurkan to vehemently insist that I should still wear a mask while eating my breakfast? Literally! Open the mask, put the food in, close the mask and chew the food! It was an extremely unpleasant encounter and now he and the HR guy would ask their staff for a private discussion every time they noticed me during breakfast. The staffs would come back looking forlorn and not speak to me thereafter. It’s appalling and totally disgusting how they came to be in the Hospitality business for the Marriott Chain?!? It’s Ludicrous & Preposterous!
