It is unbelievable that a 5 stars hotel in the city centre of Istanbul are unable to find a taxi in more than 45 minutes… it is just outrageous.

Friendly staff and good service for the price. Very good located close to metro. There is a very good cafe on ground floor.

Lovely hotel, close to public transport. I was at this hotel recovering from surgery and they always brought me icepacks even when I requested it at 3am. There was a pharmacy nearby which was great. The staff are lovely and my room was always made up well. They brought me a 1litre bottle of water for free everyday. I was on the 13th floor and the view was okay, you can see the ocean in the far distance, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, they served a huge variety of foods; anything you wanted was available; chicken, soup, drinks, cheese, eggs, omelette, large variety of bread, pastries, salami, sausages to name a few. I loved the large selection of fruits and vegetables (really helped with my recovery). The restaurants at the hotel were also really good with friendly staff. Reception desk spoke english which was good. The only minor issue was that my room had a bit of background noise but I got used to it and it stopped bothering me after the first few hours. I stayed in an economy room and Id say this hotel was worth it, definitely 5

Very nice and clean hotel. Great staffing encounter. Full breakfast with a great option for any taste. Excellent location with quick access to the metro.

Toilets and elevator sucks, but the room is more than amazing. They don't have air conditioner anywhere except in the rooms, which makes it almost impossible to wait or sit anywhere else. Not recommended in hot weather like July and August.

Rooms do not meet expectations of a 5 star hotel. More like a 4 star hotel. However staff is helpful and rooms are very clean. I did not have breakfast do I can not judge about that. What I can point out is that I was stuck over 30 minutes in the elevator and I had to press the alarm button a lot, without anyone showing up. Luckily I had reception on my phone and managed to call the reception which in the first occasion would not believe me. I still expect a excuse from the hotel management because it was not offered to me! Even after being stuck for over 30 minutes in a very hot elevator!

Great staff, average location for families with kids, far from shops and bazaars. Prices are very reasonable. Mcdonalds is near and carrefour as well and metro station is just 1 minute away.

The hotel is very clean, well placed but some rooms have noise.

Very good hotel with spa, hammam, fitness area, indoor pool and very good housekeeping. There is even a prayer room for Muslims. Location is ideal if you want to move on the Asian side. The subway stop "Kozyatağı" can be reached by an abbreviation in 1 minute.

Great value for money! The hotel has everything you need for a carefree stay.
Great breakfast + good friendly service + very good fitness/hamam/massage area + additional cool restaurant with café does not belong to the hotel but is wonderfully integrated and makes great food very good coffee and delicious cakes + good pool + comfortable beds. Very nice and professional staff quick handling of special requests. The location is top as you are immediately on one of the accesses to the airport or to the European side of Istanbul. All in all a hotel that is highly recommended and fully deserved its 5 stars.

Nice location and rooms. Wi-Fi is bad with so many ssid's. Sound isolation is terrible.

It s a 5star hotel; but, it s not realy!

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel near Kadıköy. For a single room The price was reasonable for the location. The room was small but clean. Only the location of the room was accommodated at the noisy corner of the hotel.

It is very noisy there, extremely much traffic even at night.

I was very happy I would always go back.

Location is very good, macdonalds and carefoure are next to you Central station is about 50 m ahead Lexury hotel.

Gr8t hotel. Only issue is there are no english channels and rooms are not that soundproof as it should be. Over all good experience and friendly staff.

Good hotel, close to the metro and bus station. A shopping mall is close, safe neighour. Room is modern decorated, good breakfast (can be improved). Good price.

The rooms were nice and clean but the stuff were not friendly and not helpful at all.
7 employees at the reception and no one wanted to write me an address of a nearby bank or describe where is it.

Great service, staff english is really good, helpful with every tiny little thing you might need, perfect location for a true Turkish experience with the convenience of a comfortable hotelroom.

Conveniently located at an unbeatable corporate rate, the Byotell has nice spacious rooms and a decent restaurant. Note that due to a medical facility in the basement the hotel is not allowed to serve alcohol and doesn't have a bar.

Would not recommend! The Reception workers are liars and cheaters! Payed but didn´t get my return money back! On top of that they accused me of not paying the full price!

They gıve room that has 1 foot wıde wındow! ı felt lıke I'm in prıson cell. I complaın to manager offer me an other room wıth extra pay. İf they dıscrıbe it on theır Web sıte properly ı woudnt take that room. But they saıd its on theır websıte but its not! you need to be honest otherwıse not poınt not sellıng alchol ın your hotel! lıe is HARAM.

An excellent hotel. The rooms are cosy. Clean. The location is convenient.

Good Hotel, great location. We stayed in family room and room was very spacious. Hotel a litlle bit dated but its no problem. Strange thing is that you need to use bath (pool) cap to swim at pool. They are selling it for 5 liras.

Good hotel with comfortable rooms and good services. Tasty breakfast. Wi-Fi connection. I use for business and found it great as it is actually I'm front of my office destination.
