Just WOW! The room is HUGE and beautiful with 2 showers and a tub in the very nice bathroom. Very quiet and the porch is BIG with a stunning view of the Palace gardens. Beds are comfortable. Everyone working here is delightful. Up the street is a great Turkish Delight shop which had generous samples. The chocolate hazelnut is my favorite 😋.
We’ve eaten twice at Constantine’s Ark a few blocks away. The palace, several top mosques and the Grand And Spice Bazaars are all an easy walk to get from the hotel.

This Hotel is impressive, it's in a perfect location for walking around the old town. The cleanliness is very reassuring and the friendly staff goes out of the way to assure you have any needs met. The top deluxe rooms are worth the added cost, the balcony overlooks Gulhane Park where you can watch storks nesting in ancient trees. The sunrise from here is breathtaking.

Proprietor has several properties with Rooftop restaurants — naturally, Hotel guests are accommodated with peak Dinner time reservations at pretty busy restaurants.

Love the hotel, well located, walking distance of majority of the main attractions. But what I like the most was the staff, great costumer service, with a smile and positive attitude. The location is in the heart of the cultural & historic part of the city surrounded by lanes filled with cafes and shops and very close to a train station giving access to easy travel. Decor is aesthetic & pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and sumptuous breakfast. What makes it wonderful is the hospitality and the staff going the extra mile to help and look after — they are like friends in the city and really very nice whether it’s about within the hotel, about places to visit, where to shop, how to travel — their guidance makes life simple. Loved staying here.

What can I say!? Brilliant hotel. Fantastic staff. All very friendly. Hotel kept clean to a very high standard. I’d rate 10 out of 10. No complaints at all! Desk with computers provided for personal use. Nice comfortable lounge with chess boards! Great location.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and it's very central to the Blue Mosque and museum. They have a nice heated pool. Breakfasts are very nice. Bathrooms are clean. Overall a good place to to stay.

Decent place to stay. Extremely helpful and cooperative staff. Place is next to tram station so very convenient for tourists. Most are positive things about this hotel except may be they could add little variation in the breakfast menu. But overall a nice place and I enjoyed my stay here.

Great hotel in a really good location very close to a park with a playground. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. There is a little pool in the basement, along with a sauna and hammam. The breakfast buffet is really good. The beds are comfortable and walls are thick enough that you don't hear everything going on next door. I would highly recommend this place!

Awesome experience from location to super friendly staff. The tram and metro is a minutes walk. Don't miss the two free tours they offer on a Wednesday and Saturday. See Istanbul like a local. Hotel manager Okai doubles as a fantastic knowledgable guide.

This boutique hotel is in the centre or the heart of the old part of Istanbul. The walls of the historic Topkapi Palace are in front of the hotel but more importantly, the lovely Gulhane Park is within these walls. This hotel is welcoming with extensive public rooms and a large dining hall. The breakfast provided has an extensive range of foods. The rooms are large for a city centre hotel however, they appear to be short of electrical sockets. I had to unplug one of the table lamps so that I could do the re-charging. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were even walked to the recommended restaurant (Roof Mezze 360). I have never experienced this service before. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

My stay here was fabulous. The price was very reasonable, the staff were most gracious, and the hotel had everything I could want, including a delicious breakfast buffet and a ton of complimentary amenities. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

The hotel is in the heart of the city. To the most significant attractions go from 5-10 minutes.
Rooms are cleaned daily, linens and towels are always clean.
There is a small swimming pool, gym, sauna and hammam. A great massage is available for an extra fee. For their money (25.02-01.03) for two we gave only 22 thousand rubles. We were very… And we were allocated a De luxe room) outside the window quietly, the view is great on the 3rd and 4th floor of the park. On the 1 and 2 on the city and shopping benches.
I'm happy. I would like to visit Istanbul for the next time.

Hotel at the top clean in the heart of Istanbul.

Met Ng 2018. More There is everything you need in the room. The location is 5 +. The Spa center is small, but after walking around the city-most of all, to relieve fatigue.

There are NO WORDS to describe the experience of staying 7 Nights at The Sirkeci Mansion! Amazingly WONDERFUL! Hospitality at it's ABSOLUTE VERY FINEST! From the reception to breakfast helpers to person carrying luggage to room to housekeeping to reservation sales representative (who was a HUGE GOD sent ANGEL answering allllllllll my phone calls and emails with my crazy questions… she was so very helpful and kind, never losing patience when I may call 3-4 times per day before arriving asking many questions. And if she did not know the answer she would find out for me and email me back! ) Her helpfulness was one of the main reasons we made final decision to stay at Sirkeci! Kindness before we arrived Customer service, hospitality, kindness, helpfulness, and such sincerity in WANTING to help from EVERY employee! Making my husband, sister and I to feel like part of their family as opposed to guests in hotel! Upon arrival, reception sat down with us in foyer and proceeded to explain map of Istanbul, museum cart, places of interest for tourists, a voucher for one free meal for each of us, AND served us tea (cay)! He was so kind to us as we arrived into their country for our first time ever! And the man taking care of our luggage brought all SEVEN pieces to our rooms as we were receiving MUCH NEEDED info from reception.

Extremely friendly staff, free breakfast was good, excellent location in respect to sites to see, was able to walk to nearly all the sights to see. Room was nice and it has a small balcony.

Outstanding customer service. Bathrooms are small and outdated. Room decor is non existent. Location is great, although no great view.

Most convenient location in the Old City: located on a quiet street yet great access to metro and train. Staffs are truly amazing at their hospitality. Rooms are a bit cozy but the hospitality you receive makes up for it. Stayed with a family of 3 kids and all enjoyed the stay!

This is a very comfortable hotel located close to good restaurants and several 'old city' attractions. Our room overlooked the Topkapi Gardens, and was close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It was an easy walk to the ferry service on the Bosporus.

I stayed in your hotel from the 15th to the 24th of Nov, This was my first trip to Istanbul but definitely not the last. I enjoyed staying in your beautiful hotel. What I really appreciate is the warmth and service of everybody from the reception, to the restaurant and the house keeping. The food was amazing and I must say that I felt at home. When I make my next trip to Istanbul I will not be thinking of staying anywhere else except your hotel.

Hotel convenient for its location close to all major attractions of Istanbul, you can walk to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Grand Bazaar, basilica cistern etc. Hotel spotless with internal Hammam, staff attentive to the needs of the customer, beautiful bedding and towels, and do not miss the gourmet tour that offers you at a very low price because interesting.

Perfect service. They treat you like a family member. Rooms are sparklingly clean. Rooms are much better than they look in pictures. We've found double rooms surprisingly large! The location is perfect, close to must of istanbul historic manuments. You must try this hotel.

Excellent location, walking distance to all the major touristy places. Tram station is less than 100m away. Our room was upgraded because we were on our honeymoon! Front desk extremely helpful! Hotel service quality is extraordinary. An employee of the hotel, and even duty-bound to help me buy some addiction Turkey the traditional bread. These bread he gave me as a gift, which touched me deeply. Hotel the food was excellent. Furthermore, the hotel is in a very central position.

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in December 2015. If I had 10 pages of space, I could not write enough things about this hotel to say how wonderful it is. The rooms are lovely, very clean and well appointed. And it only gets better from there. The breakfast is incredible. The location — perfect for sightseeing. There is a spa area in the basement, and they offer an upscale half spa, half Hamam (turkish bath) experience. I did a combination 45 minute turkish bath and 45 minute massage. I felt great, and my skin looks 10 years younger. But the very best part of this experience is the people. In 20 years and 55 countries of global travel, I have never met a nicer, more accommodating staff of people. It was like the quality of a 4 star hotel, with the personal experience of a bed and breakfast. From the moment we arrived, everyone worked so hard to make sure that every detail of our trip was perfection. I have been to 55 countries because I rarely go to the same place twice. But the service and the location of Sirkeci Mansion makes this one of the places I WANT to go back to in the future. I feel like I went to Istanbul knowing no one, and now I have friends there!

Absolutely THE best hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff treated us to some apple tea and dinner upon arrival while explaining to us the local attractions. This was followed by a hotel tour whilst our luggage was delivered to the room. Service — Great Location — Perfect Food — Excellent I would definitely recommend.

Great home, great hotel for different tours of the city, excellent meals and at the same price as in small restaurants in the area, the pool and the Turkish bath are a plus when l ' we're tired after a day of walking in the city.
Nice terrace with view on the Bosphorus and a splendid Park which can be reached on foot 2 minutes from the hotel. In short, what happiness! I recommend it. Lily.
