I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The Staff are very helpful and friendly and the manager Nural went beyond and above to make sure we had a comfortable stay. He gave us great advise about how to make the best of our trip. He would check in on us everyday to make sure we are okay. It’s a great location and has stunning rooftop views. The Turkish hammam treatment was relaxing and was one of the best treatments I have ever had. The sevice is excellent. I would like to say big thank you to Nural team for making our trip so special.

"Robbery in My Room While I Was Sleeping and Awful Service" Over the last 4 year I have been regular customer at Levni Hotel. This year (2018) when I contacted Mr. Serdar (General Manager) for my reservation he provided very good room at a great price. My stayed prolonged I had to leave Turkey for a week and come back I talked with Serdar he told me he will make sure I get a good room again when I came back, since I am a regular client. When I came back Nural was the at front desk and he gave me the worst, smallest room in a noisiest part of hotel, so when I protested and asked Serdar he said that they have changed the room assigned to me. I wanted to leave the next day, but again Sedar assured me that he will definitely change the room. I needed to go to Bodrum for two days, again Serdar promised that he would reserve a nice room when I get back from the trip. The day that I got back Serdar was off and Nural said that a better room had been reserved for me. I was shocked, the room was bigger but there was a pair of men socks on the floor, and spare bed in the room without sheet, bathroom was dirty and the safety box was broken. Since I had a meeting I ask the front desk to keep my money, jewelry, and passport. When I got back it was late night and there was just one person at the reception desk. I got my bag from the safety box of the reception, and the staff said he would send someone in the morning to fix my safety box. I put the bag beside my bed.

I was surprised for the level of service which was the best… The hotel is close to all important places in Istanbul it is a walk distance to anything you need… I enjoy the hotel and will back for sure.

The hotel is very conveniently located to all the sites within walking distance, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Nural was extremely good making you feel very welcome and letting you know how to get about and organising tours for you. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. I would definitely stay here again.

Not as expected. The booking was done via a website called quick hotel. The images of the hotel room we're glamorous and this did not correspond to. The actual hotel room we got. Once we addressed the issue, the front desk person responded that those are imsges from. The room at the PH level. Bait and switch. I felt like they over promised and under deliver! Issues with the shower in the bathroom, not working. The two stars are for the convenient location and the staff were all nice people.

Well located in the center with public transport to 5 min walk, TB close to pastry shops and restaurants. Only downside is q the room we touched Q was quite ramshackle with the frame of the entrance door to the room broken and Q was coming down when opening the door. Despite being claiming for five days nobody came to fix it. The safe was of laughter yaqnoezta to screwed to the Armarosino loose and you only had Q Deseenchufarla of the electric current to Llevartela… The breakfast was pretty good although the service left a lot to be desired as they are not pending to replenish coffee or…

Excellent and very comfy hotel. Staff is always very pleasant and willing to help. Specially, we had a great experience with Nural. He was always giving us the best advises and tips to make this trip the best possible.

Good location. Beside a mosque so you'll hear athan (prayer call) 5 times a day. Close to many restaurants, just down the hill. So far problems with ac but the weather is relatively cool so not a big problem. A little noisy inside the hotel in my room, but nothing to lose sleep over. Breakfast is tremendous.

Very good hotel. Centered and very well located to visit the Grand Bazaar, blue mosque and Sofia.

Wonderful thanks to the whole team pool and gorgeous Spa no neighborhood problem for me frankly if you want to go to Turkey go to this hotel.

Very central location. All major attractions within walking distance.

Hotel is centrally located near old town key tourist areas and metro station. The breakfast was very good. The room is well equipped and bed was comfortable. The only reason it got average rating is because the room was super hot (early April), and very dark (one small window). Even though we opened the window on a cool night, the room stayed hot.

Very kind. Next to many monuments like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the submerged cathedral. The rooms are very nice.

I stayed 6 nights during this Nov, clean rooms, warm and elegant. Quite area. Very colse to Metro station and 2 mint walk to tram and 5 mint from Aminono bus/shore. You can find all what u need close to u. The staff was amazing and helpfull all of them. BF can be improved.

We stayed there end of August in two family rooms. Very good staff in every department. Good location very clean and updated rooms, well stocked with quality breakfast stands with great service.

A hotel where apart from the comfort we find the kindness and warmth of all the staff. With Spanish-speaking staff ready to solve any problem. An exquisite breakfast and a restaurant that is always ready to soothe our appetite. A very well located place. Worth knowing and coming back.

I stayed with my family and grandparents for 4 nights. The location is great so we didn't have to walk far to visit the historic sites. The rooms and facilities were very good but I've seen far better in other 5 star hotels so I expected better. Breakfast was very good but again I've had better. What really makes this hotel special is the service and insider knowledge from the manager Nural. His input certainly helped shape our memorable days in Istanbul. When we arrived my mum and sisters room was damaged by the heavy rain but Nural promptly sorted out the situation by upgrading them to the executive suite.

This hotel is placed on the best location. Very many restaurants nearby like burger king, KFC, shawarma and many more.

The location is great. Very close to Metro and Subway. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the Bosphorus and Istanbul. And there's a pool and a sauna in the basement. So we can go in summer and winter. The hotel staff is also very friendly. Really maps. I was led from the black entrance so the first impression was that no one was dating.

Great service! Staff are friendly and always willing to assist. Front desk helped with maps and directions to all places. Room sizes were better than expected. Breakfast was great.

I stay in king suit best view of Istanbul by far. You can see all the major sites from your balcony. Amazing view and amazing staff. I'll stay at this hotel again with out any doubt. They are great. Location is center of everything you can walk anywhere in less then minuets. Staff is so welcoming and great attitue. Best hotel experience I ever had.

The staff are all super friendly and kind. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The pool and hamami are great additions and the breakfast spread is varied. They also allowed an early check in but one of the biggest bonuses is the location. So close to all the sites in the old city but it's quiet at night as well. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again when we come back to Istanbul.

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very conveniently located. All places of tourist interest are just a few minutes walk. Safe location: next to Governor's Office! Extremely friendly and warm staff who make you feel like a family. Great spread for breakfast. Didn't have a chance to use their wonderful spa activities.

I stayed at the Levni in the summer of 2013 and remember it so fondly that I booked it again this month for a trip with my mom and friends. The Levni did not disappoint! From the moment I reached out via email, Nural (the guest relations mgr) and his team had been nothing but helpful and professional, everything from restaurant to sightseeing tips, nothing was too big or too small of a request. When we encountered some minor issues (caused by a travel agency, unrelated to the hotel), Nural went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The hotel itself is beautiful and centrally located, I've been to Istanbul 4 times and would not stay anywhere else, but it's the team that makes it such an enjoyable experience. Thank you to everyone that made our trip memorable! P. S. We used the hammam/spa, ordered room service and utilized the hotel car for airport transport. Every aspect of the experience were great.

We stayed in a hotel for five nights, and very happy with their choice! Great friendly staff, able to see views of the Bosphorus from the room. Moreover, the hotel offers great customized private local tour services. We are very glad to know Nural, who according to our preferences, and spent a lot of time for us to introduce various recommended attractions in the city. We'll definitely go back again.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Make your visit very comfortable. You don't have to worry about the extra small charges that you have in other hotels. Fresh bottle of drinking water is put in your room everyday complimentary coffee and biscuits are provided daily free of charge. Lots of advice with maps is given about what to see and do also how to get there cheaply and times of local transport etc. The hotel is very conveniently located close to all major tourist places. 5 mins walk from the shore and 5 to 10 mins to topkapi palace, aya sofia and basillica cistern. 15 mins to grand bazaar. 5 mins to spice bazar. The Hamam and leisure facilities are excellent to. Very big comfortable bed and nice buffet breakfast.

Loved the friendly and involved guest services and fantastic value of the whole experience. You can get to most Sultanahmet places very easily. We also enjoyed the spa and the Turkish bath experience (well priced and enjoyable).

In General, a good option for accommodation in the historical heart of Istanbul, rooms though a bit tired, ask for repair but all offset their SPA, after a day exploring very nice swim in the pool, relax in the sauna, Hammam (included in price). Breakfast not bad, hungry not stay. And the location directly opposite the entrance to the Metro station Marmaraj, to Sultanahmet, Galatskogo bridge and the Egyptian Bazaar is very close.

My wife & I stayed at the Levni Hotel a total of 5 nights in Sept-Oct 2015 and it was a fantastic place to stay. The Concierge, Mehmet and the Guest Relations staff, Nural & Mathilda were amazing, so helpful, full of good advice and only too willing to help us in any way they could. Thank you for a great stay. Awesome location! Friendly staff. There is so much to do in Istanbul that is accessible via public transportation, its nice to the located close to the metro and tram station. Breakfast is good and worth getting before expoloring the city.

We just spent 3 nights in early May and recommend this hotel great location (metro and old historical center 2 steps). The hotel is undoubtedly hospitality to teams and especially the recommendations of Nural who was able to guide us on the schedule of our days. Thanks again for his availability and his plans annotated "made in Levni"! The hammam is also very significant.

We just returned from 4 nights in the hotel Levni Spa and we can only thank them. The service is impeccable at all levels; reception, 'Guest relationship' team is exceptional and particularly Nural, service to the bar/restaurant and even teams of household. Nothing wrong, everything is ok. Great rooms and great location so A recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a very comfortable and clean hotel. Not many hotels give you a choice of four types of pillow to ensure your comfort. Breakfasts are really good with a great choice.

This hotel is by far the best I've ever stayed in. Let me start off with the location and how convenient it is. You end up saving a lot of money by simply being able to walk to all major sightseeing spots are literally down the road. Now the customer service; absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly as I'm sure most reviews say. The front desk can be seen as a personal tour guide since they answer all your questions about Istanbul and always suggest the best and cheapest, e. G. One staff member advised us not to buy much from the Grand Bazaar as it is a rip-off. Finally as a hotel it is very comfortable and well maintained. Rooms are large and supplied with the usual TV, Wi-Fi, Mini bar etc. The only downsides would be that we found the rooms slightly dark even with all the lights turned on and secondly the room service was slow even for small things such as asking for milk or a towel. But other than that it is a highly recommended hotel with a wonderful breakfast menu and really the location and customer service is enough to deserve five stars. Upon leaving the hotel staff arranged for a taxi and they gave us a personal goodbye standing outside the hotel till the taxi drove away. Return is inevitable.

We used the spa and also got a treatment here. On the positive side, they served us a hot tea and let us use the spa for several hours before the massage. The place also looks really nice, with pretty decorations. However, there were quite a few problems which left a bad impression on us. The water in jacuzzi was quite cold, which we said to the staff. They said it's hot and tried to convince us that actually the water was not cold. We also got a 60 min massage but was actually about 50 min (there is a clock in the massage room). Any complaints were simply replied with the accusation that we're making things up. The hamam smelled bad, despite the fact that the staff periodically sprayed the place with something I guess was a perfume. Overall, we think there are better places with spa facilities around, and also for a better price.

We stayed this hotel for 4 days. This place was perfect. We arrived at Friday. The restaurant served BBQ (chicken, lamb, and beef) on that day. All of them were delicious. Its breakfast was good, especially omelett cooked by the chef. This place has Turkish bath (Hamam) equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and massage room. I tried the Turkish bath, it was comfortable. Its location was very convenient; close to many historical places. The hotel staffs were all very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in Istanbul. If I go to Istanbul again, I definitely stay this hotel. Highly recommended.

Splendid Hotel with emotional staff. First you enter to a small lobby but then you pass through a corrıdor to another building. We stayed on the 4th floor room number 1403 so we had a wonderful view. We liked the Osmenlu cuisine and turkish wines Pamuccale. Thanks to the Gorgeous Lady Ozlem. She provided all the information we need about istanbul. Absolutely we will come back to leny hotel.
