Good in Location and price, bad in rooms size and hospitality.

Nice hotel, very close to most popular sights … great staff. unfortunately the breakfast was not that good and always the same.

Even 1st score a lot! The attitude to visitors is terrible! 2 Friends male and womens booked a double room with separate beds, do not come to the room, go to dinner. So still dares to say: "And maybe you still have a room with one bed, we understand everything (here he smiles). " Say NO! 2 Separate beds! : Well, you still think, "says receptionist. I'm not even going to write about purity now, because it's not! TERRIBLE HOTEL!

The hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sheets are never replaced; just a broom. Dirty lunch. No elevator for a part of the hotel. Staff not qualified.

I spent 5 days in Istanbul at Grand Hurriyet Hotel and was amazed at how beautiful the service was. Location was just perfect and the room was spacious and very comfortable. I was within walking distance to the main shopping district, places of interest and public transport. From the moment I checked in until I checked out I was well looked after and treated like family. Mohammed (the owner) ensured I was comfortable and safe throughout my stay and the place felt like a home away from home! Highly recommended!

Never stay at this hotel. Never! A miserable institution, more like a 3-bit hostel. The rooms do not correspond to the pictures presented on the site, absolutely. Small rooms, small showers, Neolithic times, probably. There is not enough space for one person, but two or three. Everything is broken, the TV does not work, the hair dryer too, the iron is not present. There is no sound insulation as such.
The room was very clean. We have 8, 4 points evaluation booking. Don't like it, Sezzhajte. Such boorish attitude to clients! Maybe because of Russia.
This is my first visit to Istanbul, so did not venture to leave. And I am not a young man… And in general it was necessary, … Although the money for the reservation is likely these scammers would not return me.

We booked room for one night. It was most horrible and dirty place inistanbul I ever seen. And that hotel situate in FATIH! HOW!? Horrible. I hope i'll never be here again.

Needs renovation but on the other hand the place was clean and very welcoming. The breakfast area location on the roof top was beautiful.

This hotel is run by brothers who are scammers. They forced us to pay with cash when we arrived. After leaving Turkey, I was amazed that the amount was also taken from the bank account.
I tried to reach the manager who denied that the payment was made in cash and voila.
I don't recommend this shabby place at all.

I don't even know where to start, because it's awful! In Istanbul we did not for the first time, have lived in many hotels and all of them were in the same price policy and all were great, so we did not even expect that we can get there. The room was dirty dust thick layer, wrappers and rubbish in the bedside tables, dirty floor and not washed plumbing, seat broken, hair dryer broken, air conditioning broken, floor in dirty divorces, closet glance and it seems about to collapse, a pack of opened soap in Bath, a glass for brushes in creepy raid and other people's hair (see photo)! The room was very clean. Bed linen and towels in holes and stains. The room is very small, in the bath even a girl will be hard to turn around, in general nothing to do with their photos! The staff is rude, the manager did not even listen to us, waved hand and said that everything is OK, that the cleaning was 2 hours ago, and the dust flew during this time out of the window (nonsense full of course! So much dust and a week will not gather, especially as the windows overlook the yard, but judge for yourself, the photo is attached).

The hotel is very close to the old railway station. The location is very convenient. My room was very small. The plumbing works, the TV and air conditioning work, the batteries are in the remotes. The Internet is not bad, the voice on Skype got to contact (video did not try). View of the old station from the window of the hotel cafe, the quality of the photo just not very. Free tea was actually offered.

The hotel is very centrally located and really inexpensive. For those who just want to stay and just want to enjoy Istanbul is the real top! The staff is courteous and really friendly.

Strategic location of the hotel characterized by its situation in the heart of the old historic city of Istanbul to visit on foot the most important historical sites (Sultan Ahmet mosque, Topkapi, Hagia sat and Egyptian souk museums) and gives a great choice to enjoy Turkish cuisine in a very large number of restaurants nearby.
Very clean room with window allowing a view panoramic view of the Bosphorus, excellent Wi-Fi, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff.
Also its location 50 meters from the metro Mamaray linking the two continents (Asia-Europe) and 100 m from the tram network offering visitors to see almost all of the historical sites.

Location is great, staff are friendly, cheap and clean. Though the rooms are small like all rooms in Sultan Ahmad area.

The hotel is in a great location close to key places of interest. The rooms are very basic, small but clean and the area despite being central, at night remains quiet. Breakfast is simple but more than enough, the highlight of this hotel is definitely the availability and kindness of the staff. Finally, if you're not overly pretentious, is the hotel for you.

The location is excellent! In the Center, many shops, cafes, near the main attractions. Around neighborhoods where most Europeans.
