I had a very bad experience me and my mom at this Hotel. When we first arrived to the Hotel the receptionist wanted to hold our passports till the end of the stay and not give it to us. I had to fight him in order to get our passports back. Never heard of such a thing. The reception staff are rude, aggressive, and very unprofessional. On the front desk "reception" anytime I wanted to ask for information about the city and where to go they always gave us wrong information. They never recommended us to go to any good place around the city. They where always angry at me in particular their waiter/ bell boy "Ahmad" was rude and tends to speak in Turkish when ever he got upset at us. When we wanted to finally check out. The receptionist who was working at that time didn't want to give the passports back to our group and demanded from them to pay a lot of money for using the towels provided in the room. To pay around 270 Turkish lira. They held our bus and made us late to our flight. It was all rude and so unnecessary. "Necmi" the only good staff member in the hotel. He only worked at night and he was the only one with good English. He worked at the front desk "reception" was very polite and made us feel welcomed in Istanbul. But unfortunately he only worked at night so he couldn't help us when we wanted to go around the city or ask for information on how to get by. Such a bad experience. Plus this hotel is next door to a sex night club.
