The hotel was great! the service and the staff were very friendly and helpful. In addition, the hotel room was very clean and tidy as the whole hotel. I can only recommend it! :)

Dirty hotel, terrible restaurant, it is better not to touch anything with your hands. Apparently cleaning there is not done for years, and dirt carries away draught.

Stunning view from the window of the Sea of Marmara! But the buffet for the tour group from Bulgaria is just a horror! It's all sour! Cucumber brine, which we drink only from a hangover and something else is impossible nasty in all salads and potatoes! Why, in general, Olivier for breakfast, omeletIf for breakfast you can still take coffee or juice with a biscuit, then at lunch even coffee is not.

I’m not usually the kind of person to write bad reviews or any reviews for that matter but this hotel was extremely disgusting and does not even deserve the 4 stars it has. The bed, the floor, the toilet was really dirty when we came in where there was stains everywhere. Breakfast was literally a joke. There was about 10 different types of vegetables such as a bowl of lettuce, a bowl of spinach etc. The rest of the food was not even nice and no eggs, toast etc. Finally, the staff working there, especially the female staff has no customer service skills at all. She was very rude and would not communicate properly when spoken to. It’s like I had to beg her to speak to me. Just don’t even get tempted of going there. I would have rather spent a few more money at a good hotel than this piece of garbage. The good: one of the staff working there was really nice and he helped us with everything we needed. I guess the cereal was also good.

I called to book a room and the girl from the reception told me that they don't have free rooms (she didn't check if are rooms available, told me directly : no rooms). But 15 minutes ago a guy told me there are free rooms… On the internet appears free rooms. Bad service!

This is one of our fav place to stay while in istanbul. Good staff great breakfast.

Loved the hotel, the restaurant on the 6th floor overlooking the sea, the autumn is beautiful. The rooms are great all enjoyed. I recommend who goes to Istanbul.

This hotel need to be shut down. You will not keep an email there disgusting and dirty moldy please never stay in this hotel owner is aggressive and only to take your money definitely not place for children and not safe thet like criminals.

Zero reception, no communication, no effort. Breakfast Small room and sheet dirty cleaning to see found chewgum stick on the bed. I do not recommend at all avoided.

I was a bit disappointed this time the staff was contemptuous the very average reception the room very small and the sound quiet to review.

Worst hotel in Istanbul! They treated us really badly! The managers are so rude. The hotel should be 0 star hotel because it lack everything. They should just call it bed and breakfast instead of 4 star deluxe. Without any iota of doubt, it’s the worst hotel. I was bitten by bedbugs, room so so small and the bathroom dirty. You will regret if you book because they are even racist and very unprofessional. I am a British citizen and they treated us badly. I went for my wedding anniversary and they ruin it for us.

The most: good hotel, very good reception, the receptionists wear your suitcases up to your room, very clean room, varied and delicious buffet. Relaxation Area Spa Hamam massage etc.
The least: The insulation (you can hear the guests of a room next door) Some rooms have windows seen on a wall not top.

One star is too much for such a place. Rude staff, bad food and room service. During my 3 days there in every breakfast I found a hair. If you wanna have a nice trip and enjoy it I definitely don't recommend that place.

Good hotel in comparing with other hotels nearby, some services should be added. rooms are small, restaurant view is great.

It's all good. All staff are English speaking. The food is delicious.

I just wanted to know why you charge us the room card if in loses it at the cost of 15 lt, normalmenet it's free.

We had a great stay at Bekdas Hotel, very good location very close to the shops and also the Blue Mosque an excellent welcome on the part of Zakaria from the reception, it is very professional and it knows spoken to the client smiling and welcoming He took good care of us throughout the stay always available and listening to the customer, the excellent room thanks to Zakaria we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you very much.

This hotel is a real scam. We made the charges during a recent stay. Starting with the amount of transfer s on the way and back from the aeropport and vice versa. We are well-feathered in euro (lmore than double the fixed price at the hotel) and in dollars on return. Niet therefore has our claims. Let's go over the bad reception conditions that have started from our arrival. In the room it was important not to claim anything (2 extra pillows,! ) because a gentleman was sending us a stroll. The worst, a few pieces of bread and a small dose of jam we have been able to raqueter a 70 lire with blackmail on the non restitution of passports (diabetics). The hotel is very good. Not only for these facts but especially because of the prepose at the reception which has nothing to do with the METIER of hotellerie but who has the head rather of a prison guard. Reasonable people should avoid this jail.

Check in was a bit of a nightmare when finally checked in room was clean view was incredible tbh could see a brick wall and a few boxes but bed was comfy and as only stayed the night was all that was needed buffet style food was ok had worse staff where friendly.

So, let me start Staff — Decent staff, but it's ok, they help u always 4/5 Location — Very good location, all is nearby 5/5 Room and cleaner staff — Well rooms are small, WI-FI is open network without password so everybody in neighbourds can use it, and speed is around 1mb/s, to explain this u cannot watch video on yt, air condiotion doesent work at all, you turn it on, but nothing, cleaner staff just makes your bed, rest nothing, so its dirty, they dont empty trash bin, the hotel doesent have a room for smokers, and of course the smoking is forbbiden. A hotel restaraunt have a lot of food so its okay. — 10/5 The mine rating is 1 at all.

In Istanbul I frequent, on work. Almost always stay at this hotel for over 4 years. The staff always greets with a smile. Every time when checking in Diana from the bar brings me to the room either a coffee or a drink. In the evening after work you can go down to the hammam completely free of charge. Thank you, friends! Wait, I'll be there soon!

Decent but I was expecting to see thomas bekdas. Unfortunately I didnt. Thus I am giving you a 4 star EDIT: I am actually classmates with him and hes pretty cute. I am changing it to a 5 star. GOOD FOOD and the workers are attractive. I am also gay.

The rooms are very very small. There are no balconies and you are not allowed to smoke in the room. We had to wait 8 hours foe the Wi-Fi to be switched on.

Slept one night. Plumbing, Wi-Fi worked. Modern TV. The convenient location. Next Bazaar Laleli, but we were not at the Bazaar, on Sunday it didn't work. Were on excursions to the blue mosque and Sofia. We had free time. From there the distance walked. Remember Breakfast at the hotel. From the restaurant you can see the sea of Marmara. And seagulls stealing from the tables of the products.
