Hotel was well built. Staff was presentable but extremely unhappy with their services. As we entered we were told that our booking was cancelled which wasn't. They realised after 20 minutes of us showing them booking confirmation letters then we had to wait for 30 more minutes to get the keys. Plus as we were checking out we were asked to pay for the drinks which were kept for us in the hotel, we explained them that we haven't used any of those drinks but they said ' we have it in our records that means you have to pay' again after 15 minutes of double checking their records they found out that we have already paid whatever we have asked for. I personally found this happening again not a coincidence but their lack of management. Overall a good experience.
The worst hotel I ever went. Bad rooms bad service and everything was bad.

This hotel is very bad. The staff's attitude is really awful. We booked this hotel two month ago and received the booking confirmation letters. But when we went to this hotel, he told us that our booking was canceled with ridiculous reason. The staff said that they only have rooms which are more expensive than our booking. Just because of other guy paid for a higher price. Don't come, you will be disappointed and couldn't have a good sleep in Istanbul.
