Very happy with our stay here for the reasons I came nice relaxing immaculate hotel polite friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate your needs. A little communication complications but that is to be expected. Overall 10/10 ***** xx.

The hotel, in the Cototh I got with "wide eyes closed". This is when Turkish Airlines, as a real "advanced" airline, when the next flight to wait for more than 8 hours, so you feel comfortable-at your own expense arranges you a night…
Not on the windowsill, not on the interrupted chair, where that night…
And in a comfortable minibus takes you to the hotel and places with the whole program. And the "buns from the hotel" and a full breakfast buffet…
Well very serious level. I thought, "if it's on the ball, it's obviously a little slack. "
But it turned out quite the opposite. Really pleasant service. And the hotel itself-I am delighted! Very fresh. Everything is modern!
While having breakfast and evicted, there are so many guests… The impression was that it was fully inhabited.

So far from metro or bus station or whatever public transportation. You have to take a taxi to metro to go anywhere else. The hotel is far from everytging. No market, restaurant near. The hotel only has bar. Good breakfast in the morning. Clean rooms. Nice building. Good staff. But the hotel is very far from city and you have to pay every day at least about 100 lira to get to anywhere.

Staff was just unsupportive. Very bad services no room services availble. Pathtic. Simply avoid to book.

Were allocated for a day from Turkish Airlines. Very nice place.

It's nice. But food was not good for dinner and one meal according to hotel choice. So I paid extra money And did not like the food. Location far away from a tourist places and no market near to you. You have to take taxi for 20 to 30 min to go market. And my advice it's not good place for tourist. Far away from everything's. Very disappointed. Of the hotel place and management. One more things if you stay in this hotel you will spend daily 60 to 80 dollar for taxi to take you to mall or tourist area.

A great place for people visiting the industrial district and especially if you are offices in Koza Plaza. Good staff, quick housekeeping and very good food. Gym n pool are extended time. Access from main road is convenient. Nearest Metro is 10 mins drive. Recommended to stay.

27 km to the center, there is no transport. Taxis are less than $50 unlucky. An hour and a half goes by traffic jams.

A big 5 star nice quality hotel. It's famous for conferences and has lots of clean rooms. But it is not in proximity to public transport. For those with cars and taxi cab users, it's perfect.

There is a poor management of this hotel. Non smoking sign on 8th and 9th floors but offer ashtrays in the rooms. Reception refused the clients' requests to change rooms to really non smoking rooms. They don't care the needs of the clients. Very disappointed of Ramada Plaza Istanbul Tekstilkent.

It's cheap but the location is very low.

Nice Hotel, great Wi-Fi everywhere, very rich buffet. Certainly a bit far from the city centre…

Hotel well maintained clean, only two niggles the distance from the city center so awkward x tourists and really poor dinner buffet.

The room and facilities are excellent. The food are delicious. The staff are helpful and friendly despite the language barrier.

Belonging to the interlocking hotel, indoor no hot kettle, slippers, M building has free use of 1.4-meter swimming pool, Turkish bath, blanch air room, lounge, Message area, etc. From the old town about half an hour's ramp on the top of the slope.

Clean room and nice breakfast but I couldn't found kiblat direction.

Turkish airlines kindly provided the hotel room between my flights. The hotel is very nice, but pretty far away from the airport (at least 30min). The lobby has a security and staff was very polite, I felt safe during my stay there. The breakfast is very good, service is on very hight level. There is only 2 things I didn't like about this place and left 3*: 1. By the arriving I met a front-desk represantative, she spoke English well, but she talked to her college in Turkish. By her reaction I understood, that Ramada hotel is not welcome transit passengers like me. She wasn't rude to me, but she build the conversation in such maner, that I had no willing to continue asking her any other questions. 2. The location of the hotel. There is a feeling that the hotel is located in the middle of the construction site. There is no parks around hotel area and there is a trucks parking directly in front of the hotel. Total impression of the place is 4*, but if you'll take into consideration first impression and location, There is going to be 3*.

Nice view, great service at the restaurant, awesome breakfast, room has everything you need to feel comfortable, good wireless connection, TV with cable, clean room, very friendly staff.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, but you will spend a lot of money on taxi's.

Good staff and reception desk. Room are so comfortable with good furniture. Location can be considered a little bit far from the center but so quite beside it near to the metro and the 3 biggest mall. Veniza and mall of Istanbul and fourm Istanbul mall. The hotel is sparkly clean. Except I didn't like the breakfast buffet varity.

I'm a fan of everything in this hotel except for the beds, it was not comfortable to me at all! The service, employees, food and even meeting rooms were very good at this hotel. Which is great because there is nothing what so ever around this hotel in walking distance. You will have to drive to find good food or fun outside of the hotel. Lucky though this hotel can provide most of this for you. The shower in the bathroom is awesome! Like I said earlier the bed was the lone disappointment to me because not only did not I not sleep well but it messed with my back and I knew it wasn't only me because my colleagues complained about it also. Maybe they can bring an egg crate mattress cover to make bed softer or firmer, whichever you prefer! Just ask because they are really nice people working there!

Best place for relaxing. Far from the city.
