Very nice hotel reception and staff.

This hotel is very clean, it’s location is very convenient. Close to all the market places and the delicious restaurants. The prices are reasonable. The rooms itself have a nice and luxurious design. The air condition works great, it’s needed on those super hot days. And best of all the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Excellent service!

Perfect hotel to stay. It's clean, helpful staff, small and cozy hotel, standard facilities, normal breakfast. In my opinion, location of this hotel is the most perfect location for tourists as it is situated exactly in the middle of taksim square (istiklal street) and kaplai carsi that you can walk maximum 10 minutes to reach any of them. In other hand, hotel is very close to bus stop, tramva stop and ferri stop where you can go to many other part of the city.

Small hotel, but very cozy. Cleaning every day. Clean. The staff is polite and attentive. Separate theme restaurant of the author's Kitchen on the 7th floor. Delicious.

Hotel staff are not friendly. Lighting is not working and we you ask them to fix it, they are not responding. Rooms are very very small.

Convenient location, cosy and clean.

The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful his name is refaat he was the reason why we choose this hotel after we refused to stay at the first hotel (Istanbul inn) and its a good location.

Very unprofessional. Breakfast wasn't as good as we expected, there was no bouffe as shown in the the pictures, we had the same simple food everyday which wasn't desirable. Also the rooms weren't as big as we hoped, the staff at the reception were really kind though and the rooms were clean.

Mukellef is a weird restaurant but Forneria which is in the ground floor is very satisfying.

For our wedding day, we reserved the penthouse suite overlooking the Bosphorus. When we were booking this room, we made it very clear that we wanted a room with the Bosphorus view, and that that was the only criterion for us. Upon our arrival, we were placed in what they called a "superior room" overlooking another building! Let alone the Bosphorus view, it had no view to speak of! We were totally frustrated and disappointed! We spent over 30 minutes to get a hold of someone in charge. Finally, we were told that since the AC broke in the penthouse suite, they gave that room to another tourist! They provided no advance notification and ruined our wedding night!

Very small rooms — but very clean and comfortable.

It is 1:40AM on a Sunday night, and there has been constant jack-hammering for the past 2-3 hours. The building/road next to the Haze is under some major reconstruction and this is not a fluke occurrence. Do not stay here if you like sleeping. It's not mildly annoying construction noise — it's bone jarring jackhammering literally 5 feet in front of the hotel, and the windows don't block sound that well. It is either incessant construction noises, or people honking constantly in the traffic jam in front of the hotel. Other than that the room itself is pretty nice, but this is not useful if you can't sleep.

This Hotel is absolutely over priced and over rated……. It looks great on the internet but in reality it looks like any other building in this Area. The rooms are too small, you can barely move around, the toilets smell uric and the location is terribly loud as it lies on a busy main road and all the rooms are showing to the street side. This means that you will be woken up every day latest at 07:00 am with a honking fest of those drivers who are constantly stuck in the traffic jam in front of the hotel. In the evening you will be entertained by Turkish Disco Music coming out of the cars stuck in the traffic jam in the front of the same damn thing. Additionally to this, they started Expansion of the Hotel by converting a building which lies directly behind them into new Hotel rooms, which means that you will be staying at a construction site (ENJOY the noise! ). The Hotel staff don’t speak proper English (the Night Auditor is the only exception) and the food is of a miserable quality. You can get a better deal for your money, believe me. Go and try to book yourself something more decent. It is so painful to see people are able to open und run a hotel without any experience in the hospitality business…. The Haze Istanbul is the perfect example for this.

An amazing hotel; luxury rooms; fresh, delicious breakfast! Helpful reception staff. During the check-in procedure, they gave us many tips about Istanbul. Thanks for everything! Full service.
