Scenic and beautiful, it has a good locale. Nearer to most of the touring sites in the city.
Even better are the hotel staff who are very warm and welcoming, particularly our two friends Jalen and Ilker, hope I got their names right. They made us felt right at home and never gave us an opportunity to complain. Thank you for your help and God bless.

Everything was great, the room service, the breakfast, and even the bed was so comfortable for sleeping. My advice for all who want to visit istanbul is to go to this hotel since it is a good place to stay in!

The worest hotel I have ever stayed in as they stole my money from the safety box in my room after making a new key from the reception my room number 105 which is not covered by camera and after we track camera by support of Mr tarek who helps us to find that thief guy but in general the response in too slow and they didnot give us any apreciations.

I’ve been travelling around the world and have been to numerous hotels (luxurious ones, as well as budget ones) and this hotel has by far the worst service ever. After a long flight, we arrived at the hotel and there was no one to welcome you at the entrance. We had to ask the bell boy for someone to check us in. After finally checking in, we were taken to our room. We booked the following: a Superior room that sleeps up to 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults (there should have been a sofa bed in the room or some space for a 3rd person if needed, but there wasn’t – the room was very small). In the description of the room we booked it was mentioned that each Superior Room features views of Bosphorus River or the city. I attached some photos, so you will see the ‘city view’, that was more like garbage view, as the room looked towards the garbage area of the hotel and had a huge dirty wall. This room was also located next to the mini bar replenishment room. After the long flight, we needed a quick nap before going out to explore the city, but the noise from loading the mini bar cart and the chatter between the guys replenishing was unbelievably loud. We went to Reception and asked if this was a Superior Room and where was the River or the city view. The gentleman on reception told us that it is a city view (again, please look at the attached photos to see the view). We then asked him why the replenishment guys were so loud, he rudely responded that we don’t understand hospitality.

Absolutely atrocious! Without a doubt the worst staff I have ever come across. I don’t even know how to put into words how insane my experience at this hotel has been. I came here on holiday with my family and my sister was BURNED by an employee with a hot iron. He came into our room WITHOUT knocking to bring us an iron and without letting us know it was hot just handed it to my sister from the hot side! And on top of everything the hotel decided to deny any responsibility after we asked them for a report, insisting they wanted to give us a good room in exchange for our silence! We then were refused to speak to a manager as he didn’t want to take responsibility, we were sent a completely incompetent assistant which after a while started screaming at us saying he was going to kick us out and then finally DENIED that anything happened! We were left with a burn scar on my sisters hand and a police report, if someone had really gotten hurt they wouldn’t even have called an ambulance! This is the kind of people that run this hotel, unprofessional animals!

Make sure to book a spacious room with a good views (either Bosphorus or decent city view). Housekeeping is below average. Otherwise the hotel was great, with a free parking if you got a car.

Vacationing in many five star hotels but this hotel is incomparable! Everything is left to chance. The staff was pleased all friendly and smiling a pleasure to watch. The variety and amount of food is impressive. Thanks for the rest!

Pretty impressive for a reopening! Reception very friendly and helpful, rooms newly very modern furnished, the food surprised by the quality positive. Highly recommended for a City Hotel!
