The hotel is not bad but the restaurant on the top you must first eat to be can drink a coffee in the restaurant above full disgrace not good unfriendly very bad.

Great hotel, perfect location. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is superb. Service could be more attentive at times to make it 5 star.

Best hotel I ever lived in. It's 5star. U get lot of facilities nd the Service is really good, all the staff members r really polite. When it comes to food the breakfast is awesome lot of variaties.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, good level of cleanliness and reception staff was helpful and friendly. On the day of my birthday I found a little birthday dessert with candles and a birthday wishes card. Comfy bed and functional restroom. Spacious and furnished room. Nice gym and swimming pool. The only thing was when we trying to get a kettle and called 3 times and had to wait too long before to get it. Also one day we were in the s. P. A changing room and a man get in without any warning to bring some towels and started staring… a part these couple of unpleasant accidents our stay was good, I would go back and I would recommend it to a friend.

Very nice view from the rooftop restaurant and superior rooms. Standard rooms do not have a special view, are quite small but comfy, especially the bed. Location is fine but for the moment there is a big construction site in front.

I enjoyed my one week stay in Istanbul at this amazing hotel. It’s very cozy, beautiful rooms with an amazing view. The food was great. Service was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Five stars with reasonable prices. Super close to most of the tourists attraction sites. I would definitely choose it again for future visits!

Excellent modern hotel on the banks of the Bosphorus in the karaköy area within 3Minutes walk from Galatskogo bridge. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Smoking ban in private. Beautiful views of the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn from the restaurant located on the top floor.

Great staff, great room, and on the back of it a vital food district.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff is above all praises.
The spa area is a little disappointing-the Hammam did not work and in the women's locker room only cabinet for the Finnish bath. The pool is beautiful.
But the feeling of staying there-it's 4 stars, not 5.
But still loved it.

Upscale hotel surrounded by fine cafes and restaurants in Karakoy area. Floors three and above have a great Bosphorus view. As well as the nice Morver restaurant 5th floor where you can see one of the most beautiful sunrise ever. Hotel breakfast is in the restaurant. It is delightful and have great dinner and cocktails options (reservation required)

Simply not Novotel standards. They don’t serve complimentary water. However they do offer in the room complimentary coffee and tea but apparently you have to pay for water. Ridiculous. The staff is extremely unfriendly and seem to be not caring much about customer satisfaction. Room service useless. Front desk no better. Looks like the front desk staff selection criteria was “hey, who smiles less”.

Good location The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very big. The price-quality ratio is excellent! The room was clean and comfortable.

The place is good. All the main attractions are close by. The Bosphorus view is available. The Beyoglu district is also close by. And there's life late. Yes! Metro is close by if that. Well, the hotel itself as the hotel is very nice.

Windows are better not to open-the construction of the business is not quiet.
In any Turkish hotel and in any hotel of chain Novhotel was not so flagrant non-hospitality on the part of the staff, on reception nobody distinctly is not able to speak neither in Russian, nor in English.
Towels must be knocked out with a fight.
Like not a poor hotel solid network, but the customers are treated as a owed beggar, which should be additionally diluted for money.
But the police are in the next building.

Disappointed. The hotel is well located. In this area, buildings are repaired and there is a lot of dirt around. The room is acceptable. Very good solution with privalite. The SPA area is ok. The Turkish bath is very good. Breakfast is medium. Problems with staff. We stayed 2 adults and 2 children in the room. Every day we had to ask for towels and shampoo. And we wait for 30 minutes every time.

Ottimo Esperianza. Gentilissimi. Pulito. Vicino T1 Staff is very polite, for the extra bed requirements the first time to complete. And actively for the sake of customers, the perfect experience.

Very well located hotel with very nice view to the Bosphorus. The staff was very friendly and gentle. The restaurant in the rooftop has amazing views and very tasty food. The room, on the other side, needed some cleaning when we arrived. We contacted the reception desk and we got it cleaned immediately.

Very well located hotel ready to the Bosphorus and to 20min on foot, quietly the small pedestrian streets, from Taksim Square. The staff is very smiling and helpful but the Mediterranean side does that they are not very speed. Very nice pool area spa, massages are very affordable and expert hands.
The view from the restaurant is beautiful, you can eat on the terrace, covered and heated in this month of December. The food is OK without more, will help you out very well. So good for breakfast but prefer to discover a local restaurant.
In this month of December 2017 works right in front of the hotel. Super noisy prefer a room on the back.

For a 5 star hotel The water is paid in the rooms!

The hotel is very well located, is next to the Gálata Tower and Gálata Bridge. It has a beautifull view to the bay and the service is nice. The rooms are great and all very clean.

We stayed four days in this beautiful hotel. Location is very good. There are a lot of restaurants on walking distance. Public transport is also near. Very friendly staff and food is also good. They provided also baby bed for my ten months old baby. I would recommend this hotel. We will definately go back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, perfectly located: Walking tour of the Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, Haya Sofia and the Blue Mosque.

Good hotel with wrist views.

This hotel is only good if you are traveling by your self. This is not a child friendly hotel. the breakfast is decent however to get a table is an ordeal. For some reason the other guest at the hotel are always trying to cut in front of the line or playing like they dont understand the language.

Terrific views. Contemporary room. Great restaurant on the roof. Istanbul gets better and busier every year. The Novotel offers a quiet escape from the hubbub whilst staying in a convenient location.

Nicely located, great view of the Bosphorus from the terrace (breakfast) restaurant. Nice, spacious rooms and bathrooms, very contemporary and modern. Though construction is going on right in front, rooms are soundproof. Great breakfast spread, highly recommend.

Wow, the hotel is fantastic with the best amenities. Just that a little renovation going on, on the other side of the road facing the sea. But what we had inside the hotel compensated. Plus the gentleman at the reception during the check in really added the icing on the cake. Breakfast spread was also good. Location also good.

Awesome place. Surprisingly quiet (our room had inner view) despite construction happening all around. Close to the tram line which will take you to major sites. Modern, functional and not expensive.

Pleasant you feel super comfortable. Very Central… train station no 5 minutes away.

Lovely view is nice for families and kids facilities I enjoy it with my family and good location.

Excellent Hotel One of the best hotels in Istanbul, Everything was wonderful room, breakfast, service and very nice and friendly staff. The room was very clean and very comfortable and a great coffee machine. The location close Tophane and Karaköy tram station & taksim tunel and to the Bosporus, which takes you all over the city. Generally the hotel over my expectation, we enjoyed our stay so much, I will highly recommended and we will most definitely return.
