It's somehow expensive and you better het a room from the 5th floor and up. Lower than that there will be no view at all.

All rooms has smoke you can smile that I changed da room 2 times but useless. Also n control of room temperature. Always hot. I called reception but they told only hot f you want cold open window.

A decent hotel to sleep in, advantage close to shopping and Metro Taksim place.

In Taksim and only a minutes walking distance to Istiklal Cd. And Taksim metro station and Gezi park. Clean and quite but did not like the idea of having breakfast in the basement floor.

Deserves a 4 star with adequate service This hotel has nice rooms and a morning breakfast service in Taksim it is close to Metro station and SE Isteklal Avenue giving it a strategic position as a hotel.

It's okay to visit this hotel for a rest but for putting ur things… it's a 0… bcz many of our things were stolen by the maids, unfortunately. So I don't recommend this hotel if u wanna keep ur things if you are on a travel or tourism, it's just for a small rest… we're not gonna visit this hotel anymore, we reserved rooms 1505, 1503, 1706, 1805, 1705…

Good hotel with clean room.

The rooms are cleans. There was a problem in the bath which I told them and they fixed it very soon. The staffs are not so friendly. The location of the hotel is great and you have access to everything you want.

You changed my trip to the worst trip, I was a guest in your hotel in the rooms 1304-1306 from 9/8/2016 until 15/8/2016 but when I came back to Lebanon I realised that my stuff was missing, the house keeper that works on the 3rd floor stol my purse (lebanese identity card, money, important cards…), a t-shirt and a shoes
So I would like to tell you that this will be my last visit to your hotel because you are stealers!
I don't recommend anyone to book this hotel.

It's a nice hotel overall but the rooms are small.

Good evening, I am staying at this moment in this hotel and I can't help myself to wonder, what kind of 4 stars hotels does not have an air condition ( (A. C) )? I called the front office complaining that my A. C produce only a hot air and do you know what they suggested: open the window. … also the Wi-Fi signal is very weak, every few minutes it's disconnected from my mobile. not to forget that anybody closes a door in the floor, you will her it. please check the feeback of the people in the websites like booking com. will I recomened this hotel to my friends in the future? no because the traveller choose a 4 star hotel and pay money to avoid those small problems and rest.
