To start off with, The reception was good and friendly. There is a steep hill by it and it was a problem for us to climb it every morning to go to the main Taksim square. Not recommended for old people. The rooms were small, the beds were just as if we were sleeping on a mattress on the floor, the curtains werent put up correctly and the mirror was broken and there wasn't any good view either and everyday there was the same breakfast which was not good and that too, in a small room. Also there was no Wifi access available there. Over all, the staff was good but the location wasn't.
