Review of Daru Sultan Hotels Galata 4*

The WORST hotel I ever stayed in my entire life. Their managment is so rude and disrespectful to the point that not only they do not know the basic hospitality ethics, they treat to call police on you if you don't accept what they say. I stayed for 11 days in this hotel that has been advertised 5 start which to me looks like 3.5 star. Everything is damaged and not working. Water was constantly licking in shower and they only said if u want we send technician and didn't even offer to change the room. This hotel is cheap for a reason compare to other hotels. I asked the night before I was checking out for the final bill but they waited until the last minute that I'm about to leave the hotel abd catch the taxi to airport to bring up a huge nonsense bill to me. They claimed because I didn't let housekeeping clean the room for two days the sheets were too dirty and since I spilled a juice on it, I have to pay for all the cost of the pillows and sheets. This was soooooo f'# up I will never go back there and suggest no one ever go there. At the end I had no choice rather than pay since I didn't want to lose my flight. Over all the only good thing about the hotel is the design of the rooms and the breakfast service. Their breakfast was awesome. The housekeeping weren't so good at cleaning the rooms. The managment has big issues and so rude. We went to spa but they asked for money and u had to pay and when we were there the sauna wasn't working but they made me pay for that too. Worst hotel experience I ever had in my entire Life.
