My bf and I stayed 2 nights on Nov 1 & 2. Everything seems alright until we found out we have overcharged additional €403! We went to speak with the front desk manager in night shift but and he seems didn’t understand anything and the attitude was not good. In the next day morning, we spoke to another female manager and she was promised to refund the additional payment on Monday Nov 4, however, till now, Nov 14, we still haven’t got the refund and no one gonna follow our case! It’s a shame that my bf and I were satisfied everything the hotel offered, now we don’t think the same anymore!
Just a perfect place to stay, fantastic massages, hamam and very friendly staff.
