I’ve had one of the worst stays here. You have to pay for water, pay for food (even though it says free breakfast), pay for just about anything, wait at least 15 minutes for room service and housekeeping, rooms are very dirty it’s never being cleaned, electricity goes on and off, stains are everywhere, service is AWFUL, the people are beyond rude here, huge language barrier, treat you poorly if you aren’t Turkish or of high class, you have to pay to wear a swim cap to swim in their pool “it’s the policy”, minors can’t wear whatever they want to swim because “it’s their policy”, you get kicked out of the pool because apparently you are not able to wear something other than a bathing suit, minors are treated differently if no adults are present, you get yelled at and rushed, phones barley work, employees open the door and come in right away even if you are in it, I cannot stress the bad service enough, its so bad, you come here to visit, gives a bad reputation to Turkey, gives room key too easily, the list goes on and on about this place. 100% don’t recommend, expensive for such a horrible experience and stay. Only good things are the Wi-Fi and AC, but then again if you’re in a higher story the Wi-Fi is not as strong. Overall, this has been the worst stay, if you chose to come here don’t expect anything.
