Ok, first of all this is not an expensive hotel and definitely not 5 stars. It is 4 star and very far from Hilton hotel expectations but at the same time it is cozy, not from airport and very close to Mall of İstanbul. Staff is ok I can not say amazing people and flying around you but most of the time they are friendly and helpful. Horrible part is their restaurant. After 2 nights I stopped eating at the hotel and I found better places which are very close to hotel. Breakfast also not good. Recommend? Himm it is secure, not expensive and clean. That's it. Best part, cheapest way to earn Hilton Points.

The Good: offers cheap day rates which are an excellent way to get a nap, workout or relax during a longer layover. With Hilton promotions and status you can even get 20-40% of your rate back in points. The gym is halfway decent and there is a sauna and a pool too. Bad: the free shuttle runs only during very limited times, so quite often you actually cannot use it. Room service is only available very limited as well (17:00 to 22:00).

A busy hotel near Ataturk International airport. Rooms and other facilities were fine but the service needs lot of improvement. Looks like the hotel is understaffed. Asked for a prayer mat and it didn't arrive in time. Called again and was told that the reception guy was handling 250 rooms with 2 personnel only. In the morning asked for a dental kit and was told that they don't have any. Hilton honors diamond and gold members should not expect much from this property. I was told that there are 20 more diamonds staying in the hotel.

The rooms were clean and the staff very accommodating. Only the situation is not advantageous, as it is very decentralized.

Staff do their best to help you. Room size is good, we took a room that had a need, retractable couch, and added a baby bed, all fit well. Pool was warm in winter. Location is good, close to malls, parks and airport. Nice view over the city. Convenient and spacious parking.

This is perhaps the best hotels in Istanbul with exemplary service and exquisite hospitality. A very pleasant experience. The staff is extremely cordial and are always there to address an issue should you have any. Rooms are clean, well-maintained; sanitary hygiene is of the topmost order… Very strongly recommend! Worth every lira you spend!

The hotel is nice. There was one night on a business trip. Breakfast is not very good. Bathroom amenities are available, ironing board and iron too. There is nothing to add, because there was very little in the hotel.

The hotel has 22 floors. The rooms are ordinary as in any other garden or Hampton. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to Ataturk Airport, but only in the morning and in the evening. In the daytime you can only take a taxi from the hotel (to the airport about 20 lire). The public transport is also far away, with suitcases will be uncomfortable. The nearest shopping centre is a 25 minute quick step. Back with shopping hard, but it is possible for 13 lire to reach by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And if you want to walk or shopping, IMHO, it is better to look for something else.

Hilton standards are always same, it is comfortable and clean hotel. The best thing is; it has shuttle to Atatürk Airport in the mornings. Approximately it takes 20 minutes to take with shuttle. As I see it was the cheapest hotel around airport when I stayed. I didn't have time to test the breakfast but I am sure it is good.

Very good hotel and comfortable rooms. Spacious bathrooms and well located, very close to airport, with few shuttles running through the morning. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Complimentary water, tea and coffee in the room. Bathroom supplies from a very good cosmetic brand :)

Hotel is very good. Rooms are clean and beautiful. It is far from the metro or bus stations. Only way to reach the airport is by taxi. The good thing is that the airport is at 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Breakfast is very good.

We could ecpect only the best thinking about the Hilton chain hotel. A very nice and comfortable place to spend the night, specially if you miss the plain because of the bad weather. From the rooms you can see a very impressive sight on this big and croudy town as Istambul is.

Very nice and you eat quite well, but the cook does not speak English to the staff.

Room are great but I did not appreciate the check-in we waited more than 30 minute with our children because we overstayed one night with Turkish when some customers just waited 2 minutes. It was like because you came from Turkish Airlines you have to wait when the "real" customers don't wait. Ok then you will never see me again as a "real" customer…

It's a nice hotel. Also has a sauna, steam room, and pool not mentioned on the website. The shuttle hours are very inconsistent though the day… So you'd have to plan your flight specially if you want to rely on the free airport shuttle… Else it's a 20₺ can ride. Connections to Istanbul to/from the hotel are also horrible… And you will end up just going to/from the airport.

Very nice hotel, my room was city view I loved the hotel, breakfast place nice with garden view, the welcome desk service was very good helpful smiling quick service the bed was comfurtable 10 minutes driving to mall of Istanbul very nice mall big many aptions of shopes and resturant TR25 taxi cost to drive you there or you may use free shuttle bus 10 minutes driving to Ataturk hotel the hotel can offer a free shuttle bus.

Very kind and polite staff. Swimming pool worked only one of 10 days of our staying in the hotel. But in common good!

A very good hotel to stay specially location which is very near to airport. There is everything good about this hotel except the Resturant which serve very limited items and lacks variety. I strongly recommend this hotel but I also request the hotel management to increase variety of food in Resturant specially vegetarian food.

I have been There for almost six days, everything was fine and precise as described. Rooms service everyday. Can wash downstairs for free. They give free water and alot off coffee tea and sugar. I haven't tried the restaurant or breakfast because we usually loved to be outside. The place is much quite. But if u look at the window u can see almost an airplane every 5 minutes. But don't mind. Free Wi-Fi and much Tv service and channels.

Poor service, not clean, curtains hanging off the rail, 1 soap bar, no $$ exchange, only redeeming quality, close to airport.

One of the worst hotels ever. I put a "don't disturb" sign on the door & everyday in the morning the worker open the door to clean the room! What the hell?! The fridge had some rotten things from the people before me, picture attached. The toilet wasn't clean enough. When I pray I smell urin on the carpet, a really disgusting smell! The breakfast boufet was very small with few items, it finishes very fast, if you went at 9 or 9:30 you will find most of the plates empty! I ordered a mix grill meal from the dine in service, it was good, but the ceaser salad and the soup was awful! The wireless internet is good. The bed is comfortable. After cleaning the toilet, it's ok. I will never ever come here again.

Waoooo and is the xfactor. Beautiful hotel with nice and warm welcoming staffs. The room is spacious and soundproof and the rate is unbeatable, just can't wait to spend my next Turkey trip there again.

A bit run down, lot of construction work in the immediate area, room too hot controls not working properly. Not much choice at breakfast or lunch. Definitely not one of the top Hilton hotels.

Fantastic place, everything was just perfect… Except that the room at times became too hot. But everything else was wonderful Also to improve it would be nice to have a little more variety at breakfast.

This is my preferred hotel in Istanbul. My first stay was during during the difficult days at the coup de etat in July. The staff was was very professional. During my last stay I esp enjoyed Mrs Aylin in the reception. She was very kind and helpful with an excellent English.

My friend and I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn Airport Hotel in Istanbul for one night on October, 10th. Upon our return the next day, we discovered that 9 items of valuable clothing had been taken from our luggage in the room. It spoilt our visit to Turkey.

Easily the worst Hilton I have been to. We got sent there after our airline cancelled our flight back home. I have been to many Hilton hotels around the world and I am an HHonors member for some time now. I have never been treated so badly by the hotel staff. The front desk staff were rude and simply didn't care about us, their guests. We wanted to take the hotel airport shuttle in the morning, leaving at 8AM. We waited with all our luggage literally in front of the front desk. When we didn't get called I went to speak to the front desk (around 8:04). The gentleman at the front desk said the shuttle had left and that he had "yelled", but we hadn't answered. It was probably too much to travel the 6 meters from his spot to ours and let us know. Breakfast is the only good thing at that place.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good leisure facilities, comfortable accommodation, enjoyable food, IT a little bit disappointing, would definitely return.
