What good memories of my passage through Turkey. I liked the istalaciones as well as the breakfast of the buffet in terms of cleanliness of rooms leaves something to be desired.

Very nice hotel but needs faster Wi-Fi to stream channels or add some American channels to the list. Besides that it's excellent.

Nice hotel. In General, everything is 100%. Only the elevators can not handle the load, have to wait long.

One of the best hotels I've ever seen. A great example for other hotels. A classy hotel with owners who pay attention to the smallest details.

Did not live there, but I went to the festival. Great place for the festival. Large rooms, good acoustics. Only if you live in the European part of Istanbul need to reach about hours with transfers.

Offside — poor location, many small annoying abnormalities, promises that are not adhered to, overall unpleasant stay. Here I will certainly no longer come…

Everything exept Wi-Fi signal is exelent!

Beautiful hotel friendly staff, and all the amenities. Quick walk to shopping malls and restaurants as well. The buffet spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner are fantastic. So many options, and everything is fresh!

Location: suboptimal… nothing going on all around. So I am only by taxi far away. B. To Kadiköy. Etc.
My Dis list:
— I asked if I could have a bigger bathrobe. They wanted to take care of it. No response. After 2 days I hooked up and got the lapidary answer that there was only this one. Basta
— 10 X I rang housekeeper — unfortunately no answer
— Cesar's Salad: cheap and loveless… no dressing, raw, no tomatoes, as advertised
— no hairdresser in the house. Would come from outside. Wait or leave for about 1 hour… I left!
— Shower did not expire, after complaint only the plug was put out. Flooding continues… : — (
— Wi-Fi is advertised for free. However, it does not work with the printed instructions and incorrect password. 2 x technicians on site. Without great success. Nervous cancellations every 10 minutes.
— Elevator/room door: the room card did not work temporarily. Annoying: 12 floors down again, re-occupied and back again.
— Mini bar remained unfilled every 4 days!

— 2 X taxis ordered with fixed time. Both times it was forgotten and taxi ordered first.
These are all well-intentioned 2 points. There are no certificates in the entrance area… this is definitely not a 5-star house.

Gayet iyi ve güler yuzlü çalısanları var konumu guzel avm yakınında odalar temiz ve bakımlı yemekler lezzetli.

İstanbul'daki en nadide nezih otelleden birisi gerek çalışanlari gerek otel konsepti ile harika bir yer.

I don't know what to mention as good in this hotel except for the room cleaning. However, once you get through the gate you'll feel people working there aren't welcoming you. Receptionists should be working in police department not in a hotel, not a single smile not to mention their nagging when you order something. When arrived I asked to get to my room they told it'd be ready in 30 mins but Turkish people were immediately getting to their rooms. هذا الفندق سيء للغاية خاصة الاستقبال، طلبت انهم يدخلونني الغرفة وقالوا بأنها ليست جاهزة وجاء بعدي أتراك وأدخلوهم مباشرة لغرفهم. أي شعور قد يصيبك حينما تشعر بأنك تدفع مالا ومع ذلك تعامل بعنصرية!

Hotel is fine … clean rooms and nice service from staff — but the restaurant is terrible… food is okay — but service is below zero … for 25 minutes I tried to get in contact with servants … but they did not look at my spot… more occupied with their phones … finally I got in touch with one … not very polite he more or less bang my second wine on the table asking if I was done eating … hmm… half of the meat was still left on the plate — what do you think …
Okay … done with my main courses… still after 30 minutes the table is not cleared … not have any servant asked me if I want desert or even just coffee …
Bad bad bad.

I play twice a year in gig place is nice ballroom ok.

Actually everything about Silence Istanbul Hotel was amazing. The staff, food, drink and room were all amazing. The ambience is cosy and friendly, the room was delightful, a very modern, very clean comfortable room and very tastefully furnished also the bathroom was lovely, modern and the towels were good quality. In fact, Silence Istanbul Hotel was absolutely fantastic — One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. In addition, The breakfast, which was included in the package, was comprehensive and cooked and presented well. Also, the receptionists in both morning and night shifts were amazing, kind, with big smiles and extremely helpful and they could speak English perfectly, what's more they were very courteous and welcoming. Actually, All the staff were inredibly friendly and courteous including Irem, Beyza, Zeynep, Baris, Ebru, Sergen, Enes, Yasir, kaan. Eylem, Yasemin etc. Honestly they were happy to speak with me and ask me if I need any thing and always tried their best to help. Best regards to all staff and especially Beyza who was excellent, very welcoming, polite and genuinely went out of her way to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a lovely Stay with an excellent restaurant. For me I will definitely be going back!
