Haci Nevruz Apartları features city views, free Wi-Fi and free private parking, set in Kars.
Ok people. They try to make the guests have comfort such as bringing space heaters in mid season. Relatively ok food but too old building not revitilized enough. It was useful enough. It served its function. Compared to other too overrated Kars hotels after the tourism boom that came with the train connection this is a useful not so bad place. Locals msyncomplain that it is not very central. There is a market near by. You can buy whay you need until late in the evening.
