A not so good hotel. Breakfast offers some variety but the rooms are small and tiny. All the rooms don't have an electric kettle. Works for those on a budget and those with a higher one could switch to the adjoining Novotel. For people having the their flights reaching kayseri late at night and willing to move to capadoccia in the morning, this is a good option. All in all a value for money hotel. The havabus can drop you here if requestdd.

I give 3 starts to a place that meets expectations. Clean small rooms as expected reasonable price and employees had a good service attitude.

The truth is I give 5 stars to the hotel for its comfort and appearance. It's very clean and organized. The rooms are very cozy with their design. The staff was very friendly and helpful. To improve I could say that at reception did not perceive much kindness, however I really liked my stay there.

Functional rooms and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is very varied for all tastes. Practical restaurant and menu. Popular hotel for skiers in winter months.

Been here four times. The rooms are small and comfortable. Good breakfast. But there are a few things. Do not order through the bouquet or other aggregates, they give the price almost twice as much. In the winter bring a cross-over, because the floors heated fry so that in the room for + 30 °, and the window is clamped metal cable lock, here you and come in handy screwdriver that would ventilate the room. Another important point, the beds are very soft mattresses and large pillows, to whom it may not like.

The single beds here are really made small. Just be careful when your turning in to other side in your sleep not to fall off! If it's a one or two night stay it's OK but not recommended for long stay.

Normal place for 1-2 nights. Ventilation of bathroom is not good. But breakfast is perfect and includes many dishes.

Clean, good location! Wi-Fi is not good but works better in rooms.

The prices is higher than it deserves, very modest place, modest breakfast, it is a mid-range place that you can stay at without any big obstacle. I recommend if you don't have big expectations from where you stay.

Very good modern hotel within a 5-minute drive from the airport. One problem — under the Windows of the railway, the train is humming and banging wheels, but with the window shut the sound insulation is excellent.

No aircon, stinking hot room that we got no sleep in. Management was beligerent and would accept no responsibility, even though they knew there was a problem, oom turned into a sauna at 2am. Great breakfast — staff were good.
