Good food, friendly staff, nice view of Gureme area from the mountain.

Beautiful place but just to enjoy the property. Difficult to move out on your own unless you have booked prior.

Our stay at Kayakapi premium caves was an amazing experience, rustic from the outside but luxurious and very comfortable rooms. The staff was helpful, respectful and courteous. Our point of contact was Nihal — our concierge, she really guided us well every step of the way. Our guide for the area tour was a professor of history from Cappadochia University, we spent the whole day with him and enjoyed every moment, he was so informative and interesting that history almost came alive. All our taxi arrangements were done by the hotel and we enjoyed our trip to the hilt. Our baloon ride was a once in a life time experience, the landscape is amazing, the pilot of our baloon took us down into the valley and up, so we could enjoy the landscape. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a “Sit back and relax and enjoy your trip” experience and let the hotel people take care of everything and make it a beautiful memory.

What an amazing place to stay while in Cappadocia! Each room is different and very comfortable. We came in the winter and the heating was perfect. Be prepared to walk up hills. This hotel is carved out of the mountain side. The food is really good and the service is top notch.

No shower-old bath that you crouched in with spray nozzle to clean was cold and uncomfortable. Very dim lighting/dark room. Beautiful pool was unheated so not usable. Staff was responsive to requests but not particularly welcoming or friendly. Enjoyed the spa however and there was a nice array of food for breakfast.

A fabulous cave hotel in the heart of cappadocia. We loved the hotel and the service. The best part ofcourse is the gorgeous view. They pampered us with godiva chocolates and nespresso and that's just the beginning. They have a lovely wine cellar and we went in to pick out one of the wines. The food and breakfast is also excellent. They have a shuttle to the city centre which is very useful too. Overall a hotel that we will surely recommend.

Fascinating place Excellence hotel and its attention.

This has to be THE best hotel I have ever stayed in, in the world. The setting is just magical, far enough away from the touristy centre of Goreme, but easy reaching distance to all the sites. The suite/house we stayed in was beautifully decorated, in total harmony with the surroundings, and spotlessly clean. The staff were amazingly polite and helpful. I honestly cannot reccomend this place enough and cannot wait to return. Thank you Kayakapi for making honeymoon so memorable.

A lovely cave hotel with good views of Urgup and Cappadocia. Old cave houses were converted in to this hotel. You need to park your car near the reception and the golf cart will take you to your room/suite. Everytime you need to go out, call the reception and they will send you the cart. Food at restaurant was great and reasonably priced, considering the room prices. Service is good.

One of the best hotels I have been to. The staff are very helpful and always ready to take the extra mile. Not to forget the amazing landscape and scenery.

We stayed two days in Cappadocia at the Kayakapi Premium Caves. This place is just beautiful. Everything was great — staff, room, food, etc. We had gr8 time Make sure you take in the Royal Hot Air Ballooning while you are in Cappadocia.

The hotel is just a dream. The staff of the service just peaked. The view is absolute madness. There is still the one employee that is the very serious friendly and funny guy. So come over and let yourself over throat.

A great place to stay with your family! Each room is a separate apartment — with modern renovations and preserved history of people who once lived in the area! Conveniently, if you have your own car — will allow you to get to know Kakapacia and its Martian landscapes as much as possible at minimal cost!

Beautiful hotel carved in the side of a hill I'm Cappadocia. Hospitality was fantastic for a 5 star experience. Each room was custom with a little outdoor seating area and in-room Turkish Spa. Centrally located to all the popular Cappadocia must see sights. Highly recommended for any tourist visiting for a few days.

Very nice hotel with amazing views, staff are very nice and helpful. The room was very cozy and it is unlike anything I've ever seen. The restorant offers reasonable variety of menu, and everything was fresh and tasty. Not to mention this place is a beautiful spot for photography. Last but not least, I definitely love their Turkish hammam spa. Highly recommended!

This hotel is designated as a UNESCO world heritage site for a reason. Many moons ago people actually carved out niches inside this mountain where the hotel is located and used to live there. Today is it it is a five-star hotel also still inside the mountain. There was a great breakfast array and dinner is also available as is a traditional Turkish bath, sauna, and swimming pool (outdoor) in addition to other amenities. The rooms are self-regulating and require no heating in the winter as the caves naturally regulate their temperature. Beautiful views of Cappadocia/ Göreme are visible from the hotel and it is conveniently located in terms of sites you will visit. There's too much the say in 1 review, go see it for yourself.
