My sister and I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights! It was absolutely incredible! The staff and hosts were super friendly! They helped us set up a sunrise balloon tour and sunset atv tour with ease! The free breakfast that comes with your stay on the rooftop terrace can’t be beat other! We also had a blast on the fellow hikes nearby and so many places are all within walking distance! The rooms are comfy and nice and cool, too! We would highly recommend staying here!
Excellent customer service, friendly people, eamazing place and ambience. Great hosts! A must stay in place as they literally take care of your every little thing. Very thoughtful. Keep up the great work!

Adelya Cave Hotel was a perfect spot for our exploration of Cappadocia. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and it enjoyed every minute of it. It's hard to overstate the coolness (in both senses) factor of staying in a literal cave, but you shouldn't be thinking rustic and rugged; the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfasts were spectacular. We found both Lisa and Deniz easy to talk to, good at organizing and communicating, and friendly. We immediately connected and felt like we got to know them as the trip went on. They also went out of their way to organize in-country excursions for us at a much better rate than we could have found on our own. Lisa works hard to make sure they are the best companies that Cappadocia offers. Also the hotel cat Harley was adorable and we'll miss him. I know there are a lot of similar-looking cave hotels in the region, but you should definitely choose Adelya for your Cappadocia stay!
