Not a bad place, but there are downsides to the fact that the rooms are dirty cleaning at a low level.

Hygiene is totally 0 points. There's a lot of big, big roaches in the facilities, I have pictures of them. Breakfast is also very good, the food is very good. The SPA and Sauna department is not a mess, and it's all dirty and sweaty. They fill the hotel with ignorant and rural people. At 3-4 o'clock at night, they partied in the hallway, and the hotel manager didn't even intervene. There was a lot of other problems like this, but it's not possible to write it all down here. I would never even recommend this place to my enemy.

I've been there just for a dinner. Dinning saloon have a perfect panaromic view. The hotel located in popular Turkish Baths area.

Superb place, positive approach with smile, its clean, vale for parking available. The rooms are comfortable and spa is available.

4 stars hotel but, you can feel, in a 5 stars hotel and really quality.

Too small rooms, no good views. Not worth the money as u get cheaper options with better views. For breakfast they ask you to pay for cappuccino separately! But very friendly and helpful staff. Nice spa.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful part of Bursa! Ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy spa services! The staff very gentle and ready to help anytime! The spa is quite good with experienced staff! Highly recommended!

The hotel is not bad. I got a room with a terrace on the upper floor which apparently was built during the restoration. The hotel has two swimming pools. The pool was very nice. There is a second swimming pool for children. Sauna, hammam, massage is all. The pool with hot thermal water went to the benefit. The hotel has a restaurant, a café downstairs, a bar upstairs. Car parking.

One of the greatest Turkish spa. Very recommend.

The hotel is fine but the staff liar and thief! The agent at the reception was supposed to take the fingerprint of my Blue card following which he cashed 1600 lira; And then tell me that there will be a refund of the difference because the actual price is 1350 lira. Then back in France nothing! My Blue Card has never been recredited. Right in front there is one that a 4 star just as well and the staff is honest.

I had the worst hammam experience in my life in this hotel. A few weeks ago, I entertained a very important guest in Istanbul and Bursa. We spent couple of days in Istanbul. We didn't have a chance to go to hammam there, had to come to Bursa a day before we planned as it started snowing heavily. Everything was going so good until the last day that we decide to go to hammam. I wanted to chose the best one so made a couple of calls. The price that I get from Kervansaray thermal otel was 90 TL and Marigold hotel recepsionist said it's 150 tl in there. When I asked about facilities she mention about swimming pool, sauna, even private room etc but didn't feel like saying that every single thing will cost 90 tl for each person, I checked the hotel photos and actually was very excited even though I had so many hammam experiences before. Anyways, we arrived to the hotel, one pretty lady asked us to follow her and put us in a room where we can change our outfits and just next to the room there is one bathroom with two sinks, hot stone and bathtub, whole bathroom is a bit bigger than the one I have home. My guest was extremely dissapointed with what she saw, was asking me " is that it? ".

The Hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly.

It was very clean and facilities were pretty good. They have two thermal pool but the only missing thing is a normal swimming pool.
