We took: a pumpkin soup / shrimp avocado salad as starters, then wolf fillet / mixed grill and risotto for everything that is main courses … and to finish in beauty, we took 2 pastries including a Praline Dome and a raspberry chocolate cake and a pretty plate cut fruits …
I was very pleasantly surprised by the culinary quality of a City Hall.

Hi we just arrived to the hotel. We found so nice staf waiting as services brilliant as well rooms are clean so yeah thx alot.

Nice staff. Room OK but in mine the air conditioning was not working; the bedding is average. Breakfast in accordance with the standard.

Considered this hotel for a stopover. I Chose another one. I can't say anything About the hotel itself. Was Not.

I could have put 5 stars, but too expensive.

The rooms were very clean and the rooms were clean. Some suggested some improvements to the beds. Some suggested that the bathroom be upgraded to a location close to the heart of the city, to enjoy shopping and sightseeing nearby · Near the airport.

What a lack of cleanliness. I've never seen a room that smells so bad. In 4 days the mirrors were never made. Smell of the toilets we choke.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent Choice of buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tonight with an oriental musician.

Great and friendly welcome during my latest stay! Compare with the previous one, it has been a real pleasure to stay one night at Novotel Tunis. Warm welcome at check-in from Sameh, followed by Azza who took my colour copies issue very efficiently! I had the great chance to be checked out by Abir who remain very professional and really friendly. In my room, I found some welcome amenities (3 pieces of local cakes and 1 big bottle of water). Like the previous time, team of the restaurant were at its best for the dinner and for the breakfast also! Congratulations! I consider that efforts were really made to make me enjoying my stay. Thank you very much to the manager who took into consideration a proper action toward one Novotel Tunis's customer.

The hotel service is reduced from last time I visited (last year 2017). There is no kettle in the room, the sink is blocked and the room's carpet to not clean. Apart from that the internet is very fast (~20Mb/s) and the breakfast is great.

Very small gym, mold in the hammam. Hotel not well maintained. At the breakfast there is no gluten or lactose free products.

It is modern and well located. The restaurant's fine. The food is standard. The rooms were clean and the room was very noisy. The surroundings are a mixture of old and somewhat dirty neighborhoods next to modern buildings that house companies, hotels and banks. The medina is about 20 minutes walking.

The property is good but given the cost I expected more especially from the "spa".
Breakfast costs 12 euros.
The rooms are good and also the cleanliness and average.
The shower is semi-obstructive and you must use the shower head x wash.

Really friendly helpful staff. Only stayed a night so didn't get a chance to use their facilities. Mattress on beds was really good. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Not very bad hotel, it's clean, the room is small, it has small gym and hammam, breakfast is nice I like it.

Unfriendly staff at the reception when we checked in on 13th May. When we checked out on 14th May the receptionist and doormen colluded to get us an un metered taxi that was 3x more expensive than the regular taxis which have meters. One of our colleagues was wiser not to take the taxi they hailed for him. Just walk out and hail your own random taxi than rely on then. Sad indeed.

I go to this hotel especially for conference reports, the service is excellent, the welcome warm; we are helped if we need it; I believe that the leaders and officials of this hotel apply the proverb "the customer is king"

This hotel is an institution in the city and the Sky bar is the place absolute find. C is top simply. Go y.
