Super Location, great architecture and huge potential. Unfortunately, the location has a maintenance problem and problem of capacity of staff (both being related). In the first room, the toilet was permanently running, after changing first time, the faucet fell off and the room smelled badly from the sink, in the third room the toilet was running permanently again. So I accepted it and gave up. Another example: During checkout credit card payment machine did not work and I was told to do bank transfer. However bank number provided does not work. Unfortunately, that’s symptomatic. But if you look over these small annoyances, it is great place!
We loved our stay at Dar Hi. The room was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. What was supposed to be just one night turned into two, and we’re so glad we extended. Even though the chef wasn’t available that day, they arranged a great alternative for dinner, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
