A beautiful hotel regarding the location but unfortunately the room service and the restaurant are null and that for the weekend from 24/06/2022 to 26/06/2022
because it is a special service for Arabs
this is one of the best bad service I have seen in hotels in Tunisia.

I have always frequented the best hotels in Tunisia but frankly I discover the best. I recommend it in all respects: home cleanliness animation and especially good food. Big thanks to the whole team and see you soon.

Great hotel that I can only recommend. Various and varied buffets every day under a different theme that makes each day unique.

The food is excellent. Good animation. The hotel is very green. A nice sandy beach. The room Fund of the disgusting and highly unsanitary. Clean rooms terrible. Scared for anything to touch.

It is very beautiful. The property was built by the Germans. Soundly and stylishly. Beautiful Park area. Lovely staff-unobtrusive and helpful. There is a small irritant in the dining area-flies. But if you sit in the hall-they are not.

Very nice place to be. So choices of food and some much activity in hotel. Never a dull moment. I recommend this place. Will like to come back soon.

Absolutely loved the place. Selection of food is extremely good and freshly prepared. Staff have got to be the friendliest, most helpful that I have I've ever met. There are many bars around the hotel to meet your needs, whether that be cosy or lively. All of which have a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel itself is immaculate, kept that way by the excellent service team. The spa had us totally relaxed and set up for rest of the holiday. The extensive gardens are well maintained by a team of gardeners, working continuously. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It's a good hotel. Friendly staff and clearly directed to German tourists. There are two pools, beach activities, a theatre, archery and tennis courts. Food is pretty decent with buffet every night. Although if you do take half-board you need to pay for drinks in the evening. There is a bar that offers beverages and there is free Internet.

Excellent service. Attention to detail and information available is outstanding. All staff go above and beyond in helping the guests including the director. We stayed here through Thomas Cook on one of the first flights from the UK. All we can say is it is with a heavy heart that we leave. This place is home from home for us. We will definitely be returning in the not too distant future. The all inclusive concept is excellent with gourmet meals included in the buffet menu. Some outstanding dishes prepared by the chefs at every meal including breakfast. If you are lucky enough to stay here make sure you attend the black and white theme dinner event on Mondays. It is full of excellent food and great entertainment. The kids club is outstanding too and Victoria, Abla and Hana do a great job. They also speak many languages and are very good with children. This is one of few hotels which has its own private beach unlike some neighbouring hotels. Be sure to take a stroll on the seafront. The gardens are very relaxing and there is always an activity or event to attend come rain or shine. Thank you for everything you have done to make our stay as enjoyable as possible all the best to all the staff and long live Delfino beach and spa. A true gem of Tunisia.
