The disparity in the level of the powers of the rooms between near and very very far from the reception of one hand, and between view pleasant on the sea and harbour and a view on nothing other hand. Absolutely disgusting check out. We paid our taxes on arrival when we changed money and they tried to charge us again. We were told by the tall man that mini bar was part of all inclusive but then on checkout we were charged for it. I wouldn’t have used it. But this means that they don’t even give you a bottle of water in your room. But as all inclusive you can just get water from downstairs. The bar ran out of gin, vodka and Diet Coke. The hotel is smoking and people are smo…king in the non smoking areas. Our travel agent said all food stations open but not the case. The man this morning was rude and said we couldn’t leave without paying. I am so angry that we had to pay for the mini bar. Particularly when we asked if mini bar was free. Dining room staff are fab and attentive. The man refused to call a manager so you either pay a bill they made up or they call the police. And definitely trying to make extra money of us.

We spent a fabulous vraimment weekend in this hotel. The spacious rooms are tastefully decorated offering large balconies a totally clear view of the pool and the sea. Impecable Service Perfect bedding.

Excellent value for money. Good location at the entrance to the seaside resort of Yasmine Hammamet with a beautiful sea view. Very quiet atmosphere and quality of service satisfactory.

Staff not welcoming especially at the lobby and at the reception.
Rooms that were not as clean (we had 3 rooms).

The hotel has a great view, huge rooms, clean and organized… Food is average, Good service.

Not a 5 stars hotel anymore. Visited twice, it is getting worse, the food is not great. To avoid during holidays.

Very good service price varied menu, very welcoming staff (maid and server especially Ahmed very friendly) I really recommend this hotel.

Hotel equipment in the local is very good room is very large, bed is clean, toilet paper also prepared three rolls as if worried that we quickly use up and then ask for heating very forced me to sleep sweating, a little embarrassed food variety choice, prominent food taste is also a bit lazy staff within the local level, the plate overlap a few to recover.

This place is SCARY! After checked in I discovered my room was a filth hole. Smelled like smoke, mold and poop. The air-conditiong (split type) did not work, besides impolite employees and bad services.

A hotel maybe in Tunisia is rated as a 5 etsrellas, but you don't get to 3 on another site. The day that I had requested transport from the airport. No one was there. It turns out that the reservation of the transport had been cancelled. I had to take a taxi and robbed me of 100€. I had a very bad. I thought I was being abducted. The swimming pool is ridiculous. The restauante for the breakfast is disgusting and small. You arrive and no tables or if there are no covered. The beach is sucísima and full of shit camel that must be traversed to enter the water. The day that I went I went back to ask for a ride to the airport. Payment and tell me that is confirmed. When the time comes,
comes someone with a minibus with more people. I am asked for a 'voucher'. I tell him that I don't have anything. Let Me enter. We left the hotel and is for. Opens and says to me: "How do I know that it is you, who should I pick up? Who have you paid? Who are you? How much do ahs paid? 130 dinars is a lot. Let's go back to the hotel, you go, you get your money back and pay me to me. " We returned to the hotel but it was to confirm that all was well. Left Me to stay. After half way there, without saying anything, at night, on the highway, gets out and is lost in a wilderness. Returns to the while. All very unlikely. The staff, one good and the other very edge. I left Tunisia with a bad feeling.

Animation no welcome so the disaster is talked more about the problem with the map, the pool is too small I do not like that it does not take care of the pool it is not clean
We took 3 days and we paid in advance we were not satisfied we returned on the 2nd day
the food it was the same until a resident made a scandal it on changing the menu
A bad experience to celebrate a year of wedding no summer atmosphere or animation that calm or activity you see no host brief 2 stars is too much for this hotel.

I was very disappointed with this hotel not only does the triple room not exist they tell you that these are triple rooms while these are double rooms with an extra bed
The person of the Restoration "the majority" are bad times very unpleasant

Televisions are catastrophic
We got sick what forced us to eat out practically the rest of the week
The worst part of it is the flight, the lendeamin of our arrival (the 2/7/2017) we are stolen the sum of €100 and the equivalent of €50 in Tunisian dinars and how!
I had a satchel or I had put the currency "tickets of €10" in an envelope and the Tunisian currencies "cuts of 10DT" directly in the satchel well on the €10 and 10DT are blue
They took the tickets of €10 of the envelope and replaced them with the tickets of 10DT and of course they also took Tunisian tickets
Imagine a can the answer when claiming the DIRECTUON is not REPOSNSABLE flights in the rooms, so we nàvons not even had time to go and ask for the key to the safe
I am disappointed and by the delivery and by the flight I would not put my feet there for anything in the world.

A hotel that disappointed me on several points. A service delivery that does not match what is advertised. Fleas in bed my daughter, who was recuperating, was completely eaten by these critters. After an uneasiness we were told at the reception that we had to pay 70 dinars to call a doctor. For the rest it is true that the staff is rather helpful. I clicked on a star that I did not want to put but to publish it is obligatory.

I will NEVER recommend liaco hammemet to anyone. Second floor where my wife my daughter and I stayed at had BEDBUGS all over the mattress, on the pillows, under the pillows, in all the closets. The hallway carpet was dirty. The room carpets were not vacuumed and their food was disgusting! Never going there again July/9/2016

A very good hotel, for me the best in Tunisia etter can. Very class and very good service. The rooms also its not wrong :) well I spent 3 days laba.
