We have just returned from a stay at the Eden Yasmine Hotel!
A warm hotel is the best hotel we are made for good reason: personal service, spacious and clean room, attentive staff, extra entertainers, nice pool, shady and well-maintained garden, quality of service, good family time,
The waiters always had a special attention for the children: a real plus. Ditto for the animation team.
No worries to get a cot and high chairs for our part.
What is on is that we will always come back for a good holiday in this hotel.

from check-in until departure everything was perfect.
Despite my exaggerated demand at times, but the whole thing was at the TOP.
I want to thank the receptionist who offered me a picine view room.
not to mention of course the waiters, the housekeepers and the chefs kitchen.

The worst hotel in the world believe me they can steal your money I dont understand how do they rink four stars!

It's a nice hotel certainly small by aport to the 4star hotel range the welcome is warm the qualified staff just miss rebouster it in pask atmosphere it's really not the luxury moderately speaking it's a hotel too calma there are no festivities otherwise ds all it a lot the food is exemplary is excellent good continuation srt rivser the atmosphere prepared to do and make it more joyful and cheerful.

The woman at the reception should look for another job if she does not like to work with tourists. She is unfriendly, not interested in anything and treated guests like People who are going on her nerves. There were loud fights with guests in the lobby every day. Even at the day of return she could not squeeze a „thanks for your stay „ or something out of her mouth. Two hours after my checkout she shouted at me all over the lobby „hey you. Which room number? Did you Return your key? “ This is just one example! sorry but a receptionist is the first and most important face for a hotel

The only good thing is the outdoor pool in summer. The food and drink quality is very average. The hotel place is perfect.

They gave me a smoking room while I told them the opposite, the buffet room was not big enough for everybody. You have to wait to get something to eat and you have to get your breakfast before 9 am. Not recommended.

It is a very decent hotel it is a little small but the rooms are well kept the food is good not too varied but there is the essential. Restaurant too small. No children's play. Friendly staff I would recommend this hotel.

I did not like this establishment I was obliged to change rooms 3times to find a correct room at my request (request for double bed) second bedroom double bed but shower instead of bathtub 3 bedroom no cap bath tub covered pool already closed at 5:45 pm instead of 18h average dinner it is not a 4 star hotel catastrophic.

I visited the hotel in december 2017 after visiting it on june 2015 because I enjoyed my stay that time. But now, it's another deal. Veeery crowded especially the restaurant which was a souk rather than a place to eat in. Staff has been replaced by a new one. No one was nice and smiling. A waiter even started a fight with a woman. Pool chairs are dirty. Reception chandelier is full of dust. Rooms are ok. Exterior pool is nice. Prices are ok. The doorman did not allow us to enter with bottle of waters which is a … huh.

Completely satisfied … it is an establishment that deserves its stars for its surroundings, its cleanliness, its spacious rooms, its tranquility, its buffet and above all the quality of its service … but essentially thanks to its nice exceptional personal and helpful and that I would like to thank very specially. Everyone's having fun and small … it's a real delight to rest within this hotel.

My husband and I had the best time at this hotel. We stayed June 27 through July 12, 2017. The entire staff throughout the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and our balcony pool view so romantic for us on our honeymoon. Food was excellent breakfast to dinner. Entertainment for everyone with wonderful activities for in the pool and at poolside at night. Great family atmosphere. Staff so attentive. My favorite part was having our 2 weeks there feel like we stayed with family. We are going back very soon because we miss our place and our new found family.

For now it's okay. I enjoyed the quality of the rooms, breakfast beautiful swimming Pool A lack of animation and I would have liked that at the restaurant we eat on the map and not all the time the buffet so for me this is one of the things that got me a little disappointed and the noise of a bar next door that Played too loud music. But the rest it goes I had a good stay.

The hotel is ok. But rooms very old the buffet not big enough for guests also below the average. Wasn't much choices in food. It could be better.

Clean and well placed hotel!
Big worries on the other hand with a SPA employee who verbally assaulted me and luckily I stepped back otherwise I would have received a shot, after that my cell phone fell and broke.
Let's not talk about the director who does not take into account this type of aggression and who promises that he will find a solution to repair my phone but he is lying and more he wants to call the police.

The pool is clean and well maintained, the welcome is pleasant and the setting is soothing. ☺️
The only downside is the snack that closes during the afternoon.
Otherwise I would have put you 5⭐️ for your hotel.

The hotel is great. But I would like to thank in particular the team responsible for the animation for children, they are really good work, another thing the food is delicious.

Staff hotel very welcome, acceptable restoration, only there is a lot of noise (back and forth) children, you believe that you are in a camp centre so many children and not talking in the BAR this space is used for the animation for children after dinner (c or not an adequate place, and when someone wants to chat with friends or a drink) you can not stay there awhile.
