It's not a hotel it's a pet house.

Very Disappointing! Everything In room was nasty the floor, Bed, and furniture… And everything In bathroom was broken shower, sink and tolite… There was no running water and no AC. My husband was very upset and went to front desk immediately. They changed our room and the second one was just as bad and this one had a t. V that was busted in multiple places and wires cut up. We had to unplug it from wall cause it was sparking and trying to catch fire… We had to ask for new sheets to have a clean bed and make it ourselves… And when we would ask for tolite paper or towls they would never give them to us… And again my husband was upset at front desk complaining … Then when dinner time came there was big areas of water everywhere on the floor. And I had to tell my husband to becareful so he wouldn't fall… And when we got to dinning room we had guest not people (really big roaches) crawling on all the tables… I would not recommand this hotel to nobody at all… Don't be fooled by the really nice pictures online… they are fake.

Worst experience of our lives! Words cannot express how horrible this place is. Just, Don't Go There!

The food is horrible, lack of lighting in the room I pointed out to the staff but they just changed the location of a lamp, no AC, no Wi — Fi in the rooms, I reported to the staff that the TV cable is defective but they didn't c me who has repaired, they put the towels in the Sun and they reuse them, the elevator smells rotten food… short c not a good deal.

It's a nightmare for me, it's a catastrophic hotel on all the level not of air conditioning and sorted room c bad stay.

A very good hotel. Very clean. And quiet.

A fully European hotel. Live mainly British, Americans and even Indians, but the Russians are rare. I at the time was the only Russian. The hotel is small — 180 rooms, beautiful architecture, in each room balcony with columns. Good animation, sorry, in English, but many and extensive subjects, as far as I could understand. Rooms cleaned daily, towels are changed on demand — you can throw on the floor, give soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper. In-room TV, there is no Russian channels, I watched the BBC. In-room air conditioning is noisy, but effective. All internal of the territory is quite a large swimming pool and sun loungers on the green lawn. Sun loungers enough all, annoying manner of the British in the early morning take these dozens of chairs at my friends out on them towels, and then during the day and not be on these chairs. In the pool in the afternoon conducted activities: water aerobics in English, the game of water Polo, humorous games, and more. To the sea 10 minutes walk, sun loungers very much and free, at the beach there is a cafe, but no toilets and changing rooms. On the shore ride on camels and horses, that's not very nice.
