Terrible attitude of staff, managers and managers to guests! The incident that happened with a group of Russian tourists-bloggers defies any excuses! People were kicked out at night, threatened with a gun, rude, shouted, took away the phone! It is strongly not recommended to visit! Very dangerous, agreseive staff, low quality of service! Not recommend!

I categorically do not recommend! It's life-threatening! A group of tourists were kicked out at night from the hotel, with the manager himself smashing their phone, took it away, communicateed disrespectfully, wanted to film his screams and the fact that kicked out, the story is long, but know, better not a foot. Highly not recommended, dangerous for life, aggressive workers and administrator.

Overall, this hotel was pretty terrible. Definitely not 5 star quality. No working AC in the rooms, below average food, and a front desk that doesn’t answer the phone past 11pm. The hotel has a nice pool, nice beach, and nice spa, but none of those made up for the lack of service, rotten food and uncomfortable rooms. Don’t stay here.

If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, then do not come here. Supposedly this is the “best” hotel in Monastir. Pros: amazing Mediterranean Views and awesome pool. The spa amenities (pay extra) is absolutely great. Their spa is what they are famous for. Breakfast which is included is not bad at all. Cons: the rooms and its amenities are definitely not 5 star worthy. The air conditioning unit is absolutely weak unless you like it hot and sweaty and nighttime to sleep in. The towels are like bedsheets, the shower pressure is weak, and there are not enough outlets in the room when you are traveling with one other person. There is no in-room iron. There is not enough lighting inside the room. Again not 5-star worthy hotel. What IS considered to be 5-star at this hotel are the executive suites which supposedly you cannot book them on their website or Expedia etc. You need to know the owner?! My friends who got married here got the honeymoon suite and honestly their room was absolutely amazing. 5 star quality amenities, WORKING AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, jacuzzi in their private balcony, and overall very clean and up to date room. I’m from the US and when I hear 5 star, I want quality. Overall very unimpressed with the hotel. The rooms are only worth it if you just need a place to shower and sleep.

Honestly this place is pretty good for Tunisia, the private beach and pools alone are worth coming here for. However, there are a few drawbacks: 1. AC in rooms are super weak 2. You will never have enough bath towels if you stay more than 1 night, and will have a hard time finding beach towels 3. A lot of things lack renovation here. So expect missing panels, malfunctioning sinks, balcony doors that don't lock (important since we shared a balcony with the neighboring room). 4. Lunch and dinner buffets are a rip off. 45 Dinars per person. Found food residual on "clean" dishes, rotten fruit, unfresh seafood.

The grounds are lovely, great beach. On the beach and on site there is a bar, sunbeds, towels given on the beach. The restaurant has a variety of food from fish and seafood to sweets for all tastes, all from different doughs, cream sands and fruits. All kinds of meat. I didn't like that there are no vending machines. You always have to call the official to get you a drink. Rooms don't reach 5 degrees. In the bathroom are ants and two-stars at night. The hotel is not new. He was probably only given the therapy because of Thalasso. Here she is at the highest level.

Good hotel, the food is great, although the choice of dishes is small, but the products are of high quality. The area is small, well-groomed. Now there are many guests and there are not enough sunbeds by the sea and pool. But there is a rule that if the sunbed does not fit 10 minutes, the used towel from it can be shifted and the sunbed to occupy. The rooms are ordinary, large enough (4th floor). Booked standard, but the day of arrival for a long time could not settle down and we paid $80 extra and we were placed in another category of rooms. The entrance to the sea is very gentle. An adult does not even hide on the chest when you reach the buoys.

The sea is very close! Large pool on the street, there is an indoor pool. The food is delicious, only the restaurant is small. The rooms are as usual as anywhere else in such hotels.

The 5 star is not at all attracted.
For a better room they were paying $20, which was a dark one and was in a metre from the restaurant.
On my observations the first floor was inhabited only by Russians.
Room cleaning is so-so.
The food is standard, you can choose. The fruit is terribly not ripe, and if dinner grilled, stink the whole restaurant.
But the saddest thing is the lack of discos! I only later found out that this hotel is aimed at relaxation and spa.
The grounds are small and not to walk anywhere.
But the most important minus is the sea. From the shore to the buoys you can easily walk, just like Anapa.

Decent hotel, problems with the old fund, boring, no animation, no shops and souvenir stores, room service and cleaning for 3.

Not a 5* Hotel! You can get a much better Hotel/resort with the same price range (3*-5*). Most of the staff are doing theyr best (polite and friendly (Not include the reception, they dont even smile or greed, what makes you feel unwanted). We didnt get our minibar filled during our stay, not even fresh water to our room until the day 3. I even tryed to call atleast 20times to the reception so I could order some water to our room, without any answer! The maintenance is what is it… now there is atlest some cover painting going on (inside and outside) … what makes it even hard to breath while staying in your room! Dont take a room from the "garden view (Sousse) " side; there is a construction work going on (on another hotel aswell) and it can make your stay more unpleasant. Yesterday we tryed the private beach and there was 2 traktors driving back and fort, so that was it. Overall our stay at this Hotel (5* haha) have been just waste of money. So wont recomend this to anyone who really wants a 5* holiday! So next time (IF) coming to Tunisia, me and my gf will book a real 5* Hotel! Thank you.

Slipped. The staff is OK. The attitude to the Russians as to the cattle and pigs. Arrival to get a better price.

Standard restaurant, typical tourist dishes but good enough.

This hotel sucks the Thalasso is forbidden at least 16 years and there are not enough staff! Personally I do not con you this hotel there.

Nice hotel in elegant Greek Roman style with beach poolside international clientele as well as the kitchen of decent quality a good base to relax or explore the average price area.

Services too long the rooms are not ready a personal welcoming time I did not have the opportunity to visit the restaurant.

Good value for money but the hotel is not worth a 5 star, renovation work started during our stay which will do well in the hotel! The majority of the waiters is very nice, the pool is really great and clean! This is the highlight of the hotel but very cold in April! The food is good but not enough variation during the week (the same dishes come back frequently) no animation at this time so privileged rest and no shops or other close to the hotel! All inclusive formula needed! Access to the gym paying 10 euros per day where 50 euros a week (excessive price knowing that in a 5 star access should be free) here is otherwise room and bedding correct and very nice view in most of the room! The beach in front of the hotel is small but the water from the sea clean! The nearby beaches being all private should be cleaned because it ruins the whole Beach (plastic garbage, stinking sewer mouth in front of dilapidated neighboring hotel).

A very nice hotel for a stay in formula "all inclusive". The so-called Standard room is equipped with a very comfortable King size double bed. Small flat The noises of the adjoining rooms pass through the walls well which is worth a lost star. Meals are offered in the form of buffets. There are all tastes and it is very good, it takes a strong will to be limited. During the day there are 2 bars that serve a little bit of everything, the coffee served at the Piano bar is excellent.
In this first week of April, no entertainment is offered outside the indoor pool. To conclude this hotel located 6km from Monastir is a good choice. For car Rental info at 30 € \jour unlimited mileage.

Huge swimming pool and easy access to Mediterranean water. Service is ok and rooms are very welcoming and comfortable. The buffet restaurant is convenient and quality is very acceptable. Thanks and see you next time.

The suites are amazing and super value.

One of the worst holiday hotel experience that I had in my life. Everybody, everywhere is expecting money after the first 10 min. They come to you, they say hello and if you didn't give money they are behaving with you like you are there on their money. I was there in the late summer of 2017. The food was ok, the room was ok, the pool was ok, but the beach was dirty, the stuff from everywhere was impolite and they are not able to speak any foreign language. The only one that is able to speak foreign languages is the guy from reception, who, by the way, made us wait for a room for 5 hours because we didn't want to give him money. General awful exceprience. I'll never go back there and I'll never recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is located in the nice place, but food can be better and you have to pay every time for the water at lunches and dinners. Personal is really friendly, good swimming pools. May be the hotel need some reconstructions.

The five star is not pulling! The hotel is old, all dilapidated. Optimize costs in everything. The menu is meager, monotonous. The airport is very close by, the planes take off across the road. The beach is narrow, towels are not for everyone and are darned. The sleeves are cleaned later. The conclusion-for five stars is poor and not always clean.
Near the hotel no shops, by taxi to Mantitra through an open sewer (it became clear why the sea sometimes catches) …

We stayed in this hotel in August, 2017.
First about Cons: 1. Insufficient capacity of central air conditioner in the room. Especially if campfire and drinks were abused in the evening:). Then sleep will be hot.
2. Beach towels at all are missing. They are given to everyone in the morning, and in the evening towels should be left on the loungers. But many of them take with themselves and the next day towels are not enough for everyone. It is better if done as in other hotels: to issue towels on cards and on a pledge of 15 euros.
Now the Pros: 1. Do not hesitate to pay extra for a room with a view of the sea (and the pool) and above the 1st floor. Then get more or less normal furniture and appliances. And a huge king-size bed. Excellent insulation-neighbors have never heard. For 2 dinars left on the bed, the maid will leave you extra bubbles of shampoo and gel and the room is perfectly clean.
2. No queues in the restaurant, noise and Gama. Clean and tidy everywhere. Every drop left by an awkward tourist is immediately blurred. The choice of food is quite rational: enough for the Girondist and gastritis. Meat to choose: Chicken, Turkey, veal-there is always. In a day or two there are grilled or stewed tuna, liver, lamb. Small fish is always, bigger type of mackerel (well not it, the name does not know-the meat is white, the bones are red-very tasty) every 3 days.

The hotel is on a solid 4. Clean, well-maintained, large assortment of dishes. The staff works only if there is a tip! If this is a matter of principle (I have paid for the tour, why should I pay extra for the service), it is better to choose another place. You will only smile for a few dinars.
