A beautiful and relaxing holiday! Swiss family, 6 people.
The Neptunia Hotel is a medium-sized hotel, not new but offers everything it needs for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The air-conditioned rooms are beautifully decorated. We had a two and a four-room with a great view of the sea. I have experienced many inclusive hotels and have never arrived with great demands, but I claim that I have never eaten so well and have never been so spoiled as here in Neptunia. It is important to appreciate the employees and treat them with respect! With this behavior we were able to learn that we were treated like kings and beautiful contacts were made from it. Unfortunately, we have also seen guests who have behaved impossible. Disrespectful to the employees, to expose everything to everything, pointlessly overcrowded plates and tables and leave almost everything not eaten… in my view, these have rightly been treated a little differently from what we were, and that is a good thing! Obviously there are some nationalities that DO NOT know how to behave properly! In general, I want to give the whole crew a tremendous praise, great work! Especially to name a few names, a big thank you to Faouzi (chef of the restaurant), to Mohamed (restaurant), to Mohamed (outside baar) and to the entire animation team.
Tips: Fathi from the hotel shop will gladly accompany you to Sousse, Mario am Strand is happy about bookings for motorized water activities and via Jimi you can book a nice quad tour in the neighboring village.
We will be happy to go back on holiday to Neptunia Beach in Skanes Monastir to enjoy another wonderful and relaxing holiday.
