Water leak in the toilet, but the most important thing in a hotel and moreover a 4-star hotel is to have a good bed. And there you are not at the right address. It's a hell of a night waiting for you. The mattresses are hard as concrete and the springs of the beds are broken. For pity for your customers and if you want to maintain a reputation worthy of a 4 star, make a big change.

A hotel I love bcp. Very good animation team. On the food side I love it! … a very attentive Director… on the other hand the weak point is the reception! The two ladies are not at all welcoming. They make you wait too long to hand over your room keys. In addition it is they who make remarks to customers with an air not at all kind! (in this regard, we have already sent the message to their managers).

Hotel disappointing by its buffets of meals and breakfasts, by its rooms and air conditioning. Parr t. P. D. And Wi-Fi Only the pool and the beach are saatisafactions.

Great place to stay the facilities are not the best but the food and staff are amazing. I think a little paint job and this would be a 5 Star Hotel much better than staying in la cigal Tabarka!.

Very friendly hotel and for us Very affordable Europeans. This is a 5-star Tunisian hotel. I want to clarify it because in view of the criticisms I have read they are not at all justified. Seen panoramic lying on the coast, the hotel at its feet in the water :plage private with water activities. Bar on the beach, outdoor pool and inside! Spa activities, the girls are adorable and the prices really very affordable!

Clean, presentable, and warm. An excellent place of family relaxation very pleasant to live and especially well located. I enjoyed a resounding my stay in this hotel except that in high season ya bcp D world and the restaurant is transformed into a canteen. Outside the hotel there is nothing to even the city of Tabarka become execivement expensive given its proximity to the Algerian border.

The rooms are now a bit old but everything is clean and the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice.

Very nice location with access to the best beach of Tabarka. The indoor pool is well heated in winter. The family rooms are not very spacious but remain very correct and clean. The only downside, the fitness room and the Hammam are no longer in service… As for the buffet, the variety is not its strong point but the quality of the kitchen and the products is excellent.

Four star hotel, 146 Tunisian dinars for two persons, one night half board low season, magnificent sea view, average reception, varied breakfast, varied dinner, room for two places but the bed is separated?! I don't see why. Everything is average overall. A tip, you have to book through a travel agency, you will be less expensive.

Correct location with a very nice view of the sea. Self-service impeccable with a nice and welcoming staff.
Efforts from the staff within the hotel have been noticed however several minor elements as major remain to be improved, in particular: — the condition and cleanliness of the rooms is to be revisited (broken drawers, low-functioning fridge, condition of the balcony that leaves to be desired) — no access to Wi-Fi from our room pleasant stay despite everything from where the note of 3/5.

We stayed for 7 days in this Hotel. The Hotel is located directly on the crystal clear sandy beach (Top). A few Taxi minutes from the City and a few Restaurants and shopping stores (Top)

Plug ripped out and not functioning. Curtains fall part. Toilets old and worn-out, sink clogged, toilet paper holder broken, shower curtain and bath fungal risk. The room phone does not work, plug without a fuse is only verfranste cable. Elevator was not four days, our rooms were in the 3 floor, 6 suitcases had to be carried, A baby travel cot and not to forget the baby carrier and the child in every gear up or down carry. Even in the case of a room AC, it would only get worse, not better. Aufjedenfall not as busy seen get. Are deeply disappointed. Food is not fresh all. Men's shoes and ladies sandals to be found. And the staff saw nothing (of course). Have seen several of the rooms there, all so are the Sweet not Better, and search not like the pictures from the Hotel and a advertising. The beach, the sea and the Pool the only Good thing about the Hotel and the Parking. Animation boring and Lau. Disco no idea what it was. The Hotel was only the Name remained, which is a shame ech. Am very very disappointed. It is not a 4 star, more 2 star. Room Disaster.

I was in this hotel from 31/08 to 03/08, the hotel is very poorly maintained, the facilities are faulty and obsolete, after 22:00 it is impossible to find anything to eat in the hotel, on the other hand the staff is really excellent and the hotel manager is very friendly…

I had a nice stay, with a very attentive staff, especially professional, people from the serious reception and at the height of the tourism, clean air-conditioned room, the hotel is walking in the water with a nice beach, good food above average, Breakfast varied, an animation team providing bcp of efforts that I hope to find in the next summer seasons. Beautiful indoor Pool But unfortunately swimming is forbidden? Recommendations just to change the old TVs in the rooms, I will gladly return to this hotel, absolute rest. I also want to greet the executive Board of this hotel.

July ' 14. Great resort for its location, the kitchen, cleanliness in general and the rooms. A little less animation (too young to have experience) because unengaging.
