It’s was an amazing accommodation and we enjoyed a lot.

The beach is what I loved the most! the location is just perfect and it is always cleaned. The pool is great too. The staff is so kind, welcoming and always cheerful. Despite the fact that the animation wasn't that good, its dull most of the time and there's nothing really interesting, the animation team is so cool and nice! Rooms are fine except for the bathroom, the bath tubs need to improved! The food was good, there wasn't a large variety especially in the main course and in the beach and pool bar but still, what matters is the food hygiene. In summer, I HIGHLY recommand the bungalows, it's way quieter. All in all, it was good but NOT a good value for money.

Stayed for 10 days in July 18, in a bungalow. The hotel is very nice, very clean, and most of the staff were nice and friendly, the entertainment staff always had a smile, and provide a great service all day and in to the evening. Food and Service, this was the down side, the food is not the best in fact I would go as far to say to was the worst I have had in a hotel, it not the quality more the choice, evening meal is sometimes hard to find anything that is not over hot (spicy), fish or liver, for the kids if you don’t like pizza then you have dipped. Food at the pool bar for launch was far better for the kids, but this was always over full and getting a table was sometimes hard as the staff are not the fastest, a few times we cleaned the old plates off the table just so we could sit, then came the problem of getting cutlery and a glass. Bungalows are the way ahead if you want a relaxed holiday, nice size rooms, a nice separate pool and beach with no noise, and if you want action then you can still use the main pool. I think I was the only English one, most are German, French, and a few Russians & poles ect Overall not bad, you can tell that all of Tunisia have had a bit of a lean few years and not a lot of money has been invested in to the hotel.

Very cozy, the rooms are large, the feeder is excellent, the area is large and beautiful, clean.

Delicious food, good animation. But very few Russians, germans and French, and many elderly. In general, through a quiet rest, I wanted to have more fun. If it were not for the animators, there would be nothing to do there. The sea is clean, beautiful! As well as white sand. It was the coolest thing! The room is normal, but the plumbing leaves much to be desired. It would not hurt to make a cosmetic repair of the bathroom.

The complex is o. K The beach on this section very nice. Unfortunately, the staff are not very friendly. Food is cold and doesn't taste very good. I'm not going to come here.

Check-in is quick, but the rooms in the main building, sorry, no-step in the wretched bungalow, where Wi-Fi is chargeable and even hangers in the closet. I had to beat my nerves, proving that at very early booking specially stipulated main building Standart room! For the came of the French rooms there is, and for us "Sori"! Obviously here Russians consider as complete idiots not owning any foreign languages not able to read the name of the number! The attitude to the Russians is just disgusting! In the bar, to drink simple water, you will stay long, you just do not see, but smile to the Germans, Italians, Frenchmen. They talk to them, they laugh. With us, with acidic rojami communicate… Food is average, hungry no, but served! Waiters and cooks go with such evil faces that it seems with the words: "When do you push?! " just nailed… In the rooms cleaned sometimes, the bed will make, but the linen will not change, if you do not ask. With towels in general trouble: Dirty will pick up, but for clean still get tiredof running, just forget to bring as toilet paper, shampoos, gels. Beach towels are very dirty and short, they are 10 years old, no less. The beds at the pool are all cracked, the mattresses are thin, dirty and sold.

Very nice, very clean I recommend.
Just do not do the excursions on the island by FRAM, the locals are much more competent.

Lovely hotel for a relaxing stay without deafening disco entertainment.

There were in November 2017, really liked, came in May 2018g, animators not what, the waiters are chasing around the hall where you want not sit down, in general make a conclusion, the Russians are not very happy, more to go here do not want…

The staff were very nice and helpful. Great excursions are offered, plenty of animation, but also those looking for peace and quiet are well kept in the extensive park with private pool and VIP bungalows.

Absolutely not recommended. Dishes dirty. Animation unbearable. Room dirty. In the dining room, the chairs are glued to fat.

Very nice hotel, very good food. But beware of the entertainers Dina and Joseph. You are a criminal Päärchen (marriage fraud, theft…)

A great hotel that I would highly recommend.
The food is of good quality with a limited choice sometimes.
The animation is superb and the animators are very welcoming.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The indoor pool is a real joy with a savior always present.

We had booked 1 week all-in March 2018. Unfortunately, the weather did not play as we thought. On the whole we were satisfied. The service in the restaurant could have been more attentive and the dessert of the cheese platters at breakfast which were already empty after 10 minutes could also have worked better. We visited the crocodile farm and booked two more trips. The one with the carriage to Midoun to the market and then across the Blue Lagoon back to the hotel. The second a tour in the afternoon on dromedary through the area and then through the water across the Blue Lagoon which was a special experience and was only marred by the relatively bad weather. Taxi rides are very convenient.

Very nice hotel with its private beach unfortunately little kept out of season. 3 Outdoor swimming pool including one for children, 1 indoor pool heated to 30 degrees off season only. Very friendly and dynamic entertainment staff. The restaurant's server are at the small care for you and are adorable. The hotel is close to the desert and 20 minute taxi ride from Houmt Souk. Camel, Quad and buggy propose in activity in the hotel at very affordable prices. I would definitely come back.

Very good hotel with a very active team of animators. Even in low season the animations are not lacking. And no matter how many children are present, the mini club still works. The food is good and varied. We're going back!

We stayed 8 wks. And were very satisfied. Good, clean and all one could want for the money you pay.

We just left this terrific hotel. Rooms super clean, facilities all clean, no cigarette butts anywhere, walk ways all clean. Three meals a day and I usually dont care to eat at the hotels I stay but here, no complaints. Different types of bread, lunch meats cheese fresh fruits eggs potatos and salads plus cakes. What else can you ask for? Not all waiters like to remember when you order your drinks but most of them are friendly and fast with service. They never missed to say „good morning“. The only complaint I may have is the reception a smile would be nice. And my question how far to the Airport was answered with „not far“ well I consider 40 min far to go, or the Taxidrivers need to be informed to take the right route because ours gave us a tour of Djerba which we had NOT asked for but paid for. Plus Djerba should post more signs with directions so the Taxidrivers can not rip of the tourists like it happend to us twice now. Anyways the Hotel was beautiful, beach area clean and upkeeped. And if guests would remember not to throw empty bottles in the grass in front of their room it would be even better.

We stayed here for a weekend in the winter. We were very lucky with the weather, managed to burn. Congress or excursion to the Sahara, everything was very pleasant. The hotel gathered a team of great animators (Chico-cool! Especially for Russian tourists) food monotonous did not seem, maybe because there were 7 days… The beach is Sandy, the hotel grounds are clean. The staff was very positively tuned! Everything was perfect, especially when compared to the Russian winter-mother), 4 * * * *, as it seemed to us he beats.

Staff is mega nice.
However, the images differ greatly from the condition is. The bathroom is a disaster partial mold. Even if the staff makes every effort to remove the defects, only a complete refurbishment of the bath will probably help on this point.
In the indoor pool it is so extremely stuffy the haze water is already dripping from the ceiling. The food is edible but more designed for French tourists. There are hardly any typical dishes and when they are so sharp that they are no longer to eat.

This is not what it used to be in previous years. Many difficulties and in particular heating problems and in the dining room. Management minimizes things instead of trying to find satisfactory solutions for the clientele.

Excellent tourist complex with every comfort, beach and sea discreet. I recommend the excursion to Matmata (Star Wars movie set) and Douz the Sahara Gate.

Hotel top for young people and if you like you have fun animation all day staff really awesome we did a lot of dating the animators are just perfect, decent food, the only snag is the water from the indoor iced pool but in The whole excellent stay having made a stay at the Radisson blue you have absolutely nothing to their envied the Vinci Helios is much better.

We were very pleased. While hotel is a bit old, that was made up for by the friendly service. The food was perfectly sufficient, if you don't have to find anything here, you have to dig deeper into your pocket. All the waiters were very nice and always on the spot. The beach was clean. The rooms too. Lying were plentiful, but we were there in the low season. The animators are funny and do a good job. You can't do much, it's dark early on and a remote area. That was, and it is clear, it was going to be a pure recreational holiday and it has become so. I think we'll be back.

A very nice resort with very friendly people who speak several languages. The beach is also very nice and beatiful. A place for a nice hollydays with very good price.

The location was great. The food is delicious, the animation is awesome (Alex, Chico, Marco and others), excursions there, especially sugar, it is something to be sure to visit, the beach is clean always cleaned, the rooms are cozy and clean, white towels and linen, this is the best hotel on Djerba! Recommend!

The Djerba was very nice, the service and maintenance hotel was very good and tasty, and the atmosphere was a great experience, and the animation (especially by the time, I'm going to miss (who knows, who will understand) ). (All good) )

I recommend access prenium. For its tranquility nice clean pool bar private its snacks and his staff. Beach sublime ideal for water sports.

Very large hotel complex, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The food is delicious in an incredible selection. Also one of the most beautiful beaches of Djerba.

A dream vacation! An ideal location facing the sea, a quality, clean hotel with an exemplary staff, decent food for an all inclusive and the spacious and comfortable rooms. But above all a great animation: dynamism, conviviality, good humor and talents of the teams Look and Vincci Helios. Thanks to them we really took advantage of our stay, both at the edge of the pool on the beach (activities and games) during the great shows at night or delusions in Disco :) A big thank you to all and kisses in particular for Simo, Spiro, Chriss, Mido, Sam, Paola and Zohra.

Although travel to Djerba in Tunisia have English tour company recently meet the staff speak English quickly, and enjoy talking to learn the language and strongly encourage you to participate in the activities. The hotel is big, rather than in the hotel rooms if you are in one of the bungalows, the pool is massive and has always been, free beds and the quiet pool is beautiful. The entertainment staff are crazy and always have fun at work. The food was good and had always something for everyone, there was not much choice for drinks had but no English tea take major spirits, beer and coffee but, since hot water in the lobby available so your own tea bags. She want a relaxing holiday then great but not much to do in one night outside the hotel, but a few places to go is by day and travel by hotel reps is on the horse/camel ride a must, either on the beach or salt by hotel staff, 10 out of 10, I will return.
