Magical place, but Hotel bungalows poorly maintained and sometimes dilated.

We only ate at the restaurant. Everything was very good and for a relatively fair price.

Good hotel, well equipped but above all it enjoys the best location on Koh Ngai: Clean beach, turquoise water and corals accessible by foot at low tide from the beach. The reception could be warmer, but we forget all about the beauty of the place.

Unfortunately, I have to give a 1 star review for the lack of hotel management during my stay there. It's a shame because the location is breathtaking, and the hotel is right in front of one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. On the first day we arrive, we immediately had to change rooms because the AC was not working. Second day, I was lying in bed because I was feeling unwell, and I had 3 people from house keeping look inside my room while I was lying down. Not only that, to my surprise they open the door and said they wanted to clean the room. I told them to come back in an hour, however, they kept insisting and made me wait outside of the room under the hot sun while they cleaned. I felt so disrespected! Third day, front desk told us we needed to move AGAIN to another room because they had other guests coming. We explained that we were not going to move again, it was not our fault the AC in the first room was not working. Next day, The front desk came to us while we were enjoying the beach and said we needed to leave the room immediately. The kid from front desk started yelling at my husband in front of all the other guest/kids that he needed to leave. He made my husband leave the beach to talk to his manager on the phone. It was ridiculous the way he treated us! I have never seen something like that! so much disrespect/harrassment. After all, we didnt have to leave our room, we could have done without all the arguing back and forth.

Magic? No, not magic. It's a paradise.

Really nice and well equipped bungalows. Helpful staff. Very nice pool. Close to the access to the "jungle" that leads to the other side of the island to Paradise Beach. Great restaurant whose rates are the same as those on the island. Possibility to pay by credit card.

Everyone structure other than beautiful. Isolated. Rooms below expectations. You can find better on the island at a lower cost. Positive view from the pool.

Quiet and unlanding, magical place away from the hustle and bustle. It's a little piece of heaven. The view is splendid, staff smiling and benevolent.

Resort is right on the beach, has a pool, and each bungalow is cozy while still feeling roomy.

Dream place for a holiday 100% relaxation.

This place is beautiful, bungalows are rustic but accordingly to the place. This resort is located on the best spot of the beach. It is a 3 star service, don't expect more. Friendly staff. Food at the restaurant is good and price reasonable.
