Nice hotel with less room rate. Location is very good. Easy walk to Center Mall and other shopping areas. Stayed a night here for koh Samui ferry.
The hotel is fine for an overnight stay. There is no smoke detector in the room and fire alarm buttons are only at the ends of a floor and not in the middle near the lift. Breakfast is acceptable. Location is quiet. It's a better choice than the bun hotel, which is known for the terrible smell outside.

Ok location, terrible management. We arrived early in the morning after a night journey. The bell boy was sleeping on the couch and the receptionist appeared after 10 minutes. We were told morning check-in was possible, but we had to wait an hour. We sat in the lobby with our bell boy friend until they accepted our check-in. Over our stay the power went out, not once, but twice. The first time for 3 hours in the evening. We went to the nearby shopping center as there was no light in the room. When we asked for a business center to print travel documents they said there was not even a printer available so we had to look elsewhere. Only upside to the experience: since we had to depart a day early, even though they didn't allow us to transfer the last night to another room, they did allow us to transfer our breakfast vouchers from the last day to the first day when we arrived early.
