We were here for the First time. Rooms are very big and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location at the River is great. When you want to party or some action you are in the city center in 5 minutes. Beautiful location for breakfast right next to the River. We would come again!

Nice location. No breakfast but near minimart, coffee shop, local restaurant and food market. Good for business trip. Value for money.

It's a good renovated hotel in Surat Thani city. The hotel is located in city centre, easy to find delicious food and transportation.

Wonderful proximity to nightmarket. Clean and spacious room. Warm hot water. Hard beds. Hotel is CBD1 not to be confused with CBD2 which is on the river.

Clean, airconditioned, large suites, well maintained, comfortable and modern with big TV. Staff at reception is friendly, too. Good value for price, perfect location. Cons: no English TV channels, crappy Wifi, no laundry/breakfast/other services.

Lovely suites, Clean, spacious and airconditioned. Close to the night Market and a stroll away from the river. No other services though, no coffeeshop or food. Staff speaks hardly any English and has no feeling for what tourists want.

Clean and comfortable room. Strategic location, nearby bus terminal, night market, convenience shops, and actually it is in the center of the city!

Terrible service behind front desk and rude. Especially the big lady that was working there on the Friday night. Worst I've seen in the 17 years I've been coming to Thailand. Very unlike Thai. Room was pleasant for the money you pay.

Very good location, bad front service, big space but big air conditioning also annoying your sleep.

600 Baht per night, nice.

The air conditioning is so loud it kept me awake most of the night. Oh, and they lost my passport.
