Beautiful place beside the sea with decent rooms and a nice garden. The hosts were very kind and friendly. Close to all the main party spots in the island.

Good food, cheap burgers. Kitchen opened just for us.

I can't say anything about the bungalows because I haven't lived there. But was in a day in the restaurant. That was delicious. Everything was freshly prepared. And the view from food tables is also very nice. Unfortunately, the beach does not have a shade and the beach is not really clean either. A few meters further there is a clean beach and shade of trees. For dinner I can recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Ps. The restaurant offers very nice seating and reclining facilities with beautiful views, if you don't want to sit on the sand, you can make yourself comfortable there.

Just dont unless u wanna be depressed the guys that work here are good but the rest are the most depressed group u will ever come across.

By far, the unfriendliest place we have ever been… not one smile in sight for four days! After years of travel to Thailand, this is a first! Rooms are basic and toiletries consist of a toilet roll and small bar of soap. Our bed was incredibly old and uncomfortable. Shower was good and two fans helped keep the room cooler. Rooms are a decent size but there are maintenance issues like a lose lock and curtain rail that landed on my head. YOU DONT GET ANY COMPLIMENTARY WATER which is usually standard in all the places we have stayed. There is no decent beach here… conditions are better suited to kite surfers. A most disappointing stay. On a positive note… we are actually happy to leave!

Staff most unfriendly. Resort and rooms in great need of repair. Only one staff member helpful when requested. The rest don't even greet guests. All the rooms are very basic. Not even drinking water given on arrival. Discovered after 2nd day that rooms are not cleaned and emptied our trash bin ourselves and asked for a bin liner. Never known such disinterested staff or owner in all my Thailand travels which has been expensive.

5* for location, clean room and hospitality. We will visit again.

The location of the resort is very nice because it is right in front of the beach and close to a central street full of shops of all kinds! The room is not equipped with bedside tables and of bajour. The cleanliness is not perfect. The power outlets are only two. The staff is pretty quiet and helpful!

Quiet Hotel, to the side of one of the beaches most basic of the area. Receptionist very fun. The beds can be improved.

When we came into our Bungalow it was very dirty. The sink of the bath was so dirty, we had to clean it ourself. The water pressure of the shower head was so low, that it took so long to get clean when you lathered yourself. The towels smelled like unwashed. The blankeds of the bed and the pillows had smudges. The next day we gave Cornner, the host of the hotel, our keys when we were outside the hotel and told him about the problems we had. His reaction was rather unfriendly which confused me. We gave him the chance to get it all fixed. When we came back the pillows, the blankeds and the towels were changed, then it was okay. The bathroom was cleaner, but the shower was still terrible. The restaurant and the service of it was good. The prices are okay, but a little more expensive compared to other restaurants. There is a nice chill out area behind the restaurant. You can lay down and look at the sea. The sea is for the most part very flat, so you can't really swim in it. There are way nicer beaches around the island. The hotel is near the city and the night market, which was really nice. At the end I can say you will find a better hotel for a little bit more/less money. It was really expensive for what you get. In every other hotel in Thailand we stayed we got an TV, Fridge, nicer/modern rooms and overall more for less money.

The staff and the boss are such awesome people so friendly and so helpful with anything you need. Plus food is mint and close to main strip.

Very good location-on the beach, opposite-coral reef, near the sandy spit-convenient to swim at any time, there is a kitchen, a very good option to stay for a couple of nights and see the island.

The staff is very friendly helpful qnd available. Good location: very close to the sea (but very rocky in the water) and close to the center. Very peaceful and calm. The rooms have their own bathroom, it is very basic but quite comfy. Good value.

Clean place with awesome lounge area where you can lay and relax. Connor who runs this place is a good guy.

Friendly, family run place, clean rooms, great cocktails, good pizza which is made in front of you from the open pizza kitchen that's in the restaurant. My kids enjoyed watching their pizza being made and was even asked if they would like to make their own which I though was a nice touch. It's a great spot to watch the sunset with views over Koh Samui me and my family were made to feel welcome by Conor the affable owner from Ireland and his lovely thai wife Maam. Will definitely be returning for another pizza, cocktail and the amazing sunset.

A good hotel close to the port. The beach is quite small, suitable for families with young children, the truth is not always clean. You can walk into the pool at the neighbouring hotel.
