Mixed, cannot recommend to stay there
there was a problem with the AC and they could not fix it within 2 days. As I started to complain about that (two nights without air conditioning at 35 degrees just not tolerable) — the owner was very loud and almost palpable. They were unwilling to reduce the price or any other kind of compensation.
So, check your AC and don't pay anything in advance.

My favorite bungalow on Koh Phangan, the hosts are very kind, feels like home. Rooms are tidy, beautiful and very comfortable. There is a hammock on the balcony of the room, there are rooms that have a kitchen. The beach is very close. This is my second visit to this bungalow and sure not last.

Staff and owner unpolite, unsmiling, bad vibes, highly not recommended.

My family and I stayed at the neighbours Noname bungalows. The owner of the restaurant Silver Beach tried to attack my husband when our 2-year-old child was in his arms. Forbidden my son to touch anything, including toys that are everywhere lying around. They hate tourists and are hospitable when you are their client. A great example of Thais who love your money. Found a few similar reviews on TripAdvisor. All Good rest!

Запретили моему сыну трогать что либо, в том числе игрушки, которые там везде валяются. Они ненавидят туристов и гостеприимны когда вы их клиент. Отличный пример тайцев, которые любят Ваши деньги. Нашли несколько подобных отзывов на TripAdvisor. Всем хорошего отдыха!

December 2017, 11 days stay We accidentally ran into this nice family run place when we came from Bangkok. It was dark already and we booked one night first. On the next day we knew we want to stay longer … and did. We had room facing the see. Very spacious and clean, newly built and bright, one biiig sized bed and another smaller one. Big glass doors to the front, huge curtains to keep out the light in the early morning. We took all our meals on our porch — which overlooks a part of the restaurant and then there's nothing but the sea. The place is family run and they are helpful, always correct and nice. Their food is great and the variety (as almost everywhere) is more than good. They rent out scooters and organize your trips if you want to. 50m to the road there is a good dive shop (Haad Yao Divers) and ATMs. A 7/11 and an awesome pizza restaurant as well as others are a stone's throw away. On the beach try the second massage place to the right (south). They do a decent, Wat Po style massage. The Haad Yao beach was not too great that time of year. Quite badly washed away almost all along the beach. But almost all the beaches we went to on Koh Phangan had that same problem. Though the weather conditions were not good at all almost all the days, we had a pleasant stay and would have loved to stay longer, but our room was already booked by others.

Beautiful location and nice bungalows.

We stayed at this bungalows for 6 nights. Travelled with the friends so we booked 3 bungalows. Every bungalow was different but the bungalows were very simply furnished with AC, fan and fridge (without drinks as booking showing on the reservation portal ). We booked it only because of the location. The beds and bedroom were clean but bathroom was horrible, you could not watch to the basin, becuase it was dirty and blocked by indescribable things. Good for the value but not sure if I want to visit these bungalows again. The staff was NOT helpfull. We had broken ligtht on the terrace and broken chairs outside and when I came to ask for the change they did not understand english very well and they did not change them. I asked 3times without any response. The food in the restaurant was standard, but we tasted really better dishes at the streets in Thailand, so I can give only 2 stars for the food. And the staff in the restaurant didnt speak english. So this accomodation was good for the money in the year 2016, but we were in worse accomodation in Thailand than this one…
